    Has been calling for over a year, same bull story every time, I owe no-one and my regular bills are paid on time. I have REPEATEDLY told them to remove my number and they never do, have blocked them but it will go to my voicemail and nothing is there and my voicemail will give the number they called from so its not really blocked it just doesn't ring through. WHY CANT WE STOP THESE CALLS?

    Because you are simply not doing it correctly.  If you take the time to learn what to do and follow though with the correct procedure the calls will stop permanently from this outfit.
