    Called at 8:15 this morning and the caller ID said Charlotte. When I get these calls I hit talk and then off.....it makes them think it is a non-working number. I get these about once a week. Have no clue who it is.

    This person calls claiming to be Rick, on behalf of NC State Troopers. He called this morning at 8:15. When I told him it was a bit early to be calling, he talked over me and continued his spiel. I hung up. This is very disturbing and I hope it can be stopped.

    No, it is a machine that dials you, now it knows your number is good and it doesn't get tires of calling.
