what is air report

On the caller ID, it came up as Air Reports, and afetr 30 seconds, the recorded message started with a horn blowing into my ear.  The phone number I have is on the national do not call list.

Unwanted call offering to test the air in my home in the next two weeks.  I am on do not call list.  Call did not provide an opt-out option.

Just got a call from them here in Maryland.   It was a Robocall offering free in-home air testing, press 1 for more info.   No opt-out, and I'm also on the Do Not Call list.    Will be reporting them.

Has anyone ever tracked down and administered street justice to the [***] parasites who invade our homes with these unwanted, illegal calls?

I, too, am on the do not call registry.   I have no faith in the gov't., calls still coming in and besides that fact how can we report a number when all I get is a message saying we are not operational because of the gov't. shutdown.   Might as well stay shut down, they are not doing much to protect us from vermin with a need to invade our privacy.

Yep..Another  scam & blatant violator of the DNC laws.   The FTC is doing a totally rotten job of policing these guys.  We need: (a)  criminal sanctions, and (b) a Federal agency that knows how to enforce them.
FTC are a bunch of pencil pushing, paper-shuffling bureaucrats and have clearly proven that they are incapable of enforcing this law.      

Got call today, did not answer, no message left.  Caller ID "AIR REPORT".  Nothing is free, so I guess it is a telemarketer, in violation of the DNC register.

This number keeps calling. Caller ID says "Air Report". No answer when I picked up. No message when the answering machine got it. I'm on the do not call list also (the list seems to be a farce--I think I get more unwanted calls after registering on there).

Being on the DNC list does nothing for you but keep the legitimate callers from calling.  The calls we all get are bogus, scammers, using caller ID, that shows a fake number that isn't in service.  I use an answering service to answer my phone.  Telemarketers (aka Spammers) have to give their phone number, name and brief message to my service to get me to return their call.  Not a single one has done that.  Why?  They just want my card number and with an answering service, there's NO WAY to get it.  With the Answering Service I haven't had a single call forwarded to me in 2 years now.
