Received a call at 1:42 PM EST on 1/22/2015 Thursday from this number.   I immediately hung up.  There is no one at a 980 area code that I have any desire to talk to. Somebody either begging for money or a scam.

received call on `/24/15 at 3:52pm. No message left. I check the caller ID first, then pick up phone. The caller ID name was single letter "I". I don't know anyone by that name.

Same as above....ID says Charity.....when voice mail picked up, there was no message left.

Fund raiser supposedly for the North Carolina Highway Patrol.  Free sticker in the mail to put on car and wanting a contribution.

This is a scam. NO  telemarketing service is authorized to call on behalf of the NC Highway Patrol......they don't solicit! Report call to the NC Attorney General's office.

Took the call this time-said he represented the fraternal order of police. then was rude and started badgering me for money. he started out asking for 25.00 for a decal he would send. when i said no he moved it down to 12.00-15.00 to cover mailing. i hung up.
