Received call @ 2:32 PM (EDT). Caller I.D. showed: "UNKNOWN NAME". I did not answer and no message was left on my voice mail.

Let us see what we have learned from your post:
1) You know how to cut and paste text, because (other than the four digits of the time) this message is a copy of the message you posted yesterday.
2) You can read a clock.
3) Your phone company either did not have this number in their database or were too cheap to pay the fee to look it up in a third-party database.
4) Since you stated "I did not answer" as opposed to "I could not answer", we can assume you were present when the phone rang but were either too lazy or too fearful to answer the call.
5) You expect every caller to leave you a message.
6) You are at least intelligent enough not to assume that a missed call has to be a scam, as you did not say it was a scam  nor select the call type of "Scam suspicion".
7) You erroneously think that telling people that you did not answer a call helps them.

Now, had you answered the call, you could have asked the caller who they were and why they called and been able to post something actually informative that people coming to this site would find helpful.
