person called me, placed me on a long hold before I could even speak, rude lady came to phone and said how can I help you. I told her that she called me and that I do not know what she wants, she told me I was rude and hung up on me.  I called her back and she said "Dont be a rude @ss I dont make the outbound calls. I need yo name"  I told her she should already have it, beings they called me. She told me that she was on a recorded line and that she was going to 'move forward with my judgement; I told her that since she is on a recorded line, that I do not agree with that with out an explanation as to what is going on....she hung up on me again.
