I received a Robocall from +1(650) 446-8802. The message wouldn't identify who the company is or the person leaving the message was. They said " I received order on several pending  legal matters (they didn't identify the legal matters were) and that they would call to identify my personal information. But call 985-314-8322 then I wouldn't forfeit my legal rights! Debt Collector BS! Block & Report

My mom text me saying that this number 985-314-8322 called her phone saying I received an order process in my office for several pending matters in which you are currently being investigated for I will be verifying your current address as well as your place of employment today. While it is your legal right and responsibility to contact us prior to being served.  You can reach that office directly that phone number is 985-314-8322 and make reference to case number given and failure to comply with this office will result in the forfeiture of your rights as well as an omission of guilt with your local clerk.”  This total sound like a SCAM and I wish it was something I could do about them calling my phone and my family members. They have nothing better to do than to harrass people all times of the day. Get a real job!

This is NOT a debt collector - it is an IDENTITY THEFT SCAM. They tell outright lies to scare people who are ignorant of US legal process into giving them personal information under the pretense of verifying it. NOTE - in the United States, your right to due process is not waived because someone said it is in a recording over the phone, failure to return a scammer's phone call is NOT an admission of guilt in any Court of Law.

It says I’m going to be served

Im tired of these people calling my family. Lieing getting them up set .please do something bout this. Nonsense. Leaving messages and threat .send out letter not bull crop.they call my daughter and leave messages she called me and we called lady said she talk to me but she didn't i called 4 time she never picked up my daughter did 3 way lol

They sent out a letter?  What did the letter say and who sent it?  What was their address?

They keeping calling my sister leaving robotic VM I told her to block the number, they have yet to call me regarding this matter lol

Same b.s. as angry hummingbird. Called from different number then she gave with ext. I might add.

This number WILL  NOT stop calling my family members! This seems to happen every so often. It’s not as if WE don’t have enough to worry about, but now we have to WORRY about these people and these type of companies. It’s sad how these companies live off scaring people.

I received that same call on 12-20-2019
with the exactly same message words saying

Any legit company that is going to serve you, won't call and warn you of pending matters. They will just serve you! It's a scare tactic to get you to call and give them information, which many people do.

Same call but asked for my husband. We don't owe anyone and have no legal pending matters. Total scam.
