Continuous calls to different businesses claiming to be our local yellow pages company needing to update our listing. Broken english and hang up when asked for their information as our local yellow pages wishes to speak with them.

I got a call from this number claiming to be my Att company. They said they want to lower my rate. We just got a rate reduction package through ATT a few months ago. I told him we weren't interested, and he pushed. I asked him what the per=line rate was and it was more than what we are paying now. I told him that and asked him to take us off his companies call list and then he got ugly. He kept asking how many lines and if we were paying more than 100$ a month and I just kept repeating "Take me off your companie's call list." Finally he said he couldn't. They were ATT and he couldn't. I called him on his BS and he said he didn't have the authority. I asked for his mangae and the weasley little excrement eating coward hung up on my. If he was ATT the line would have clearly said ATT, not Name not Found. Also, ATT call people may not like what you ask them to do, or that you turn down their up-selling, but if you ask them to cancel something or quit bothering you, they do.

Lady asked if she could speak to the person who handles our AT&T account.  Said it is done from corporate and she hung up.  Had another fraudulent call like this the other day.  Guy thought I hung up and started cursing.
