    Call back gets, "Thank you for calling IC Systems Maryland."  Goes on to tell you calls are recorded then tells you to wait for rep.  They are a debt collection agency.  They have a website of the same name. If you are going to call them, use the published number on the website as any number can be spoofed.  Don't give any information or acknowledge anything unless you initiated the call.  Take a moment to read this advice from the CFPB on what to do when debt collectors call.
