keeps calling my cell number... its a recording saying Im a debt collector! Well if "he" is s debt collector he should be a HUMAN not a recording...how stupid!!

Keeps calling my cell number and its a recording saying Im a debt collector!!!  I have tried to call this number back and it says all systems are busy!!

This person is calling on behalf of Dr. Henry Johnson in Montgomery, Alabama. Dr. Johnson is an OBGYN. Apparently Dr. Johnson's office is one of his clients.

Missed call. They left no message. I called back. They asked what my # was. I replied. They said they were looking for so&so. I said they have the wrong number. They asked if I new so&so. I said I do not know so&so. They said they would remove my # from their list. Sounds like a collection agency to me.

Beware of scam.  I received the same call.

This is the second call in two days from 1-800-206-3073.  Today at 9:10 am.  Each call was answered by my wife without response from the caller and quickly disconnected on their end.  

I returned the first call (evening of 3-25-10) and got an automated response telling me I would be connected to an agent-I hung up. My thinking was that someone was trying to sell me a policy of some sort.  

Today I returned the call and spoke to an operator.  I explained that I had just been called from this number (800-206-3073) and wanted to know who was calling.  The operator asked for my number.  I explained I was calling from the number they had called and could not believe they did not know my number.  I blew my whistle loudly into the receiver and told her not to call me again.

Exploring the number 800-206-3073 on the Google web site has lead to the name Holloway Credit Solutions, also 334-396-3000

I checked my ID caller after I come in from work to see who called and I saw this 334-396-3000 on it and I don't reconize it.. so I called the number and got the answering machine.. I do not reconize this number

My caller ID says they are called Holloway Credit. I don't know if that helps.

They are wasting their time with me. I'm totally disabled now and what was reposessed is all they are ever going to get.

If they lost money on the stuff, that's their problem. They could have worked with me and deferred payments until I was out of the hospital. But NO! They wanted it all right now!  So, they can call and leave messages until hell literally freezes over for all I care. They will never get a dime from me.

I received a call from this number on November 1st, 2010 at 3:05pm. It was a missed call, but I called it back and spoke with a friendly representative. This call was in regard to a hospital bill that went to collections before my insurance issues were cleared up during the summer.  I had already sent them a payment in October and she explained they were just calling to see if they could set up a payment plan for me which would stop the collection process.  She was very helpful, and this is the first positive experience I have ever had with a debt collection agency.

Called my business this morning and asked for "Carlos Ortega". As I am the only employee, and female, and not Hispanic, I can only conclude Mr. Ortega gave someone the wrong number. I really hope they don't start calling endlessly.

This number is sending multi media messages to my cell phone

I received a call from this number. After waiting through about 4 cycles of the short recorded message urging me to wait to be connected to a representative, I hung up. I looked up the number and saw it was a collection agency. Knowing that I have no outstanding bills, I called the number back. After just a couple cycles of the recorded message, I was connected with a friendly rep. She asked for my number, looked it up, then told me who they were looking for. It was someone I had never heard of before, except from previous collection agency phone calls. I explained that I had received calls for her before but did not know her, and have had this number for several years. She said she would remove my number from their list.

I get calls from them.  Not because they are after ME, but because my adopted daughter likes to give all of her creditors MY number KNOWING she isn't going to pay her bills and KNOWING they will call me and harrass me.  I repeatedly tell Holloway Credit she does not live here, has not lived here for four years, does not speak to me, has not spoken to me since Christmas of 2011.  I repeatedly tell them to CEASE AND DESIST and they tell me they can only take my name off their list one at a time, but as long as she keep repeatedly getting referred to them by her creditors as long as MY number is on her record then MY number is who they call.  I told them to tell me who they are collecting for so I can get THEM to take my number from their records, they tell me they cannot do that.  I tell them THEY need to call her creditors who have hired them and pass on my message.  I am told they cannot do that either.  So I tell them that since I have NO CONTACT information for her, nor does she care even if I did contact her, then THEY will be the ones sitting in court.  I am repeatedly told I just need to change my phone number.  I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO.  I HAVE DONE NO WRONG  So anyone can come along and pass out your phone number and these dimwits can call every hour on the hour days and days in a row despite you telling them SHE DOES NOT LIVE HERE and it does not matter.  So I have been referred to the States Attorney General and that is where I am headed next.

Got a call at home and also on my cell phone.  They were asking for my stepson who doesn't live here.  It's about a hospital bill that he is making payments on.  I don't want to be hasseled at home or on my cell phone for a debt that I do not owe.

They have called FOUR times in about ten minutes. Three times, no message and a hang up on their end. Fourth time I was in the bathroom. Called the number back, and got somebody that was VERY evesive about who they were. Finally admitted they were credit collectors. I had a hospital stay a while back. It was a non VA facility approved visit by the VA. Apparently some doctor's office at the hospital could not figure out how to file the correct paperwork. I have written them at LEAST five times all money must be collected from the VA, they just need to fill out the correct forms. They replied by telling ME what I needed to do to get them paid. I told them to go to hell, YOU do what you need to get paid. Apparently they sic'ed this Holloway Credit on me to try to collect. But how you going to collect when every time you call, they leave no message and then hang up?
