- KatLeft a voicemail for "No" (probably to bypass my voice verification); a robovoice (female) said I needed to call them within 24 hours to discuss something. The callback number given was 501-585-8221. The number came up as a verified local (to me) number.

- Tami| 1 replyGetting the same VM. Why would anyone call back the number when they don't say who they are or what the call is about. SCAM
- Nimrod replies to Tami
Because there are always people who are too gullible, stupid or curious (take your pick) for their own good who just have to know what the call is about or who worry about the threat of:Tami wrote:Why would anyone call back the number when they don't say who they are or what the call is about.
"Failure to respond may result in further action"
If it was not for people like that, the rest of us would never get these calls. - BrianPeople are getting it wrong. They are saying, calling for "null". Null is a placeholder that is supposed to be filled in with a name but their robo caller is messed up and is reading the word null. LMAO
Anyways, probably the same debt collector that's been calling all year. The company probably bought some debt from when I was young and want me to respond so they can try and reset the statute of limitations. Scummy strategy but common.- Call type: Debt collector

Company did not identify who they are, and "Null" was a failure to identify who they were looking for. Considering I do not have any debt in collections, I'm assuming they have the wrong number or it's a scam/phishing call. Number has since been reported and blocked.
Looking forward to see that happens in the next 24+ hrs. :)- Caller: Failure to Idenitfy themselves

The woman I spoke to said she was with Abraham and Davis legal office explained to me that the call was being recorded due to federal law. I informed her that I was also recording the phone call on my end as well. She was okay with that. She argued with me that I owed the money and that they had sent process servers to my house twice before which I had never seen and that I had received a letter in the mail 60 days ago which I never got. This is quite funny because this same scenario played out a few years ago when I received a call stating that I owed money for the same loan from Quick cash. I explained that I have never even dealt with quick cash and the woman stated that she could not disclose the name of the company because it would be in all of the paperwork that I would get. There are a lot of red flags. I explained to her that I knew that this was a scam and that I was ending the phone call.- Caller: Abraham and Davis legal office

Tired of these calls! No matter how many times you block the numbers- they spoof another! - NullDid not answer: the same message was left as everyone stated above
- AnonymousCall from a local number to call 501-585-8221 they claim to be from Abraham Davis law or legal. They will say they tried to serve you two times, and that it will bot show up in the court system, that is a lie. They claim you owe a payday loan. All these scams try to use advance america. I have documents from advance america that state I have never had a loan with them. This fake law firm refused to provide a mailing address. They are required to do so under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act if they are a collection office, a legit law firm would provide this information. It’s a law firm over seas that practices religious law in the mid east. I made a call to the Arkansas attorney generals office and gave them the number for this fake law firm. They said it was clearly a scam, I hope they make a call to Abraham and Davis. This is a common scam yo attempt to collect debts that are fake. If they call you contact the AR attorney generals office.
