I'm not sure if this is a spam call.

This number 502-678-5122 caller ID said Feedback Survey. I have had trouble with a number saying it was my call back number: 816-435-1000 which I looked up and it has something to do with phones it is called Feedback...Why would this number be used as my callback number? Does anyone know at all? I am thinking my phone is bugged or something along that line...The Feedback Survey called my cellphone not the landline so how would they know to call my cellphone?

This is a survey from Humana insurance.  It’s a call back to you after you spoke with a representative .  I just got one myself after speaking with them.

There should be a way to upvote replies. This clarified everything. I almost blocked the number.

When i answered there was silence.  They need to identify themselves.

I was on the phone a long time with Humana. I believe they were calling me back to rate my experience with them. Which was very positive - by the way.

When you call Humana you are asked if you want to participate in a survey after your call.  If you repond with a Yes, 502-678-5122 is one of the numbers they use to call you back for the survey.  They send a Caller ID of "Healthcare" if your phone plan includes Caller ID.

correct/  when you speak to Humana:  1.  they first ask:  is this the callback number for you
2.  they then ask:  At the end of this session, may Humana contact you back for a feedback survey.  this is that call.

502-678-5122:  This is a feedback/survey service number providing customer feedback on calls into Humana Insurance's  multi Customer Service insurance questions; i.e., medical, dental, eye.  The Humana Insurance feedback/survey collects how their Humana customers perceived the interaction with Humana's customer service people.  FYI: AT&T provides similar customer surveys.

Probably not, affiliated with Humana pharmacy I think as  had called Humana about an hour ago.
