They keep calling MY phone, and leaving messages saying my husband’s name. Idk who these people are

You posted in two different threads within 1 minute of each other using different screen names.  That makes your posts suspicious to begin with.  But then I guess you are trying to hide from the debt collector?

They are scammed and about to get sued. I owe no one money and keep getting harassing calls from these [***]

internet search of this number reveals one of two things - either it's a collection agency or it's a scammer. I vote for the latter. I have no debts. No open accounts. Not had any "debt" for decades. House and car paid off long ago (my car is 28 years old). No "medical debt." No loans, one credit card used maybe 3x year paid before even billed, only buy one item have to online not locally available. High credit score for 2+ DECADES. Mostly a cash only person and you would  be surprised how often I get a surprise discount of 3-5 percent because I pay cash. Yep. Even buying gas. So I am going to just say this constant  caller who leaves no voice mail is either a scammer or is looking for someone who owned my phone number before me - almost twenty years ago.
