Didn’t answer. Supposedly from Wake Forest.

Didn’t answer as the only ID was Wake Forest

Call from 260-225-4128 saying they have info about something included in my "membership"....leaves the call back #800-724-9798.

Annoying; they leave messages but with no company or organization listed.  I have put them on my blocked list and they come back with a new number.

A message was left on my phone without identifying the caller about a "membership", directing me to call this number.

I received voicemail saying to call "800 724 9798" but they did not ID themselves.  Logging this as a scam call.  The calling number's ID said it was Arizona and 1-928-259-2469.

I received same voicemail today and they did not say what company they were calling about. Instead they said it was part of my membership.. hmmm.. don't have any membership anywhere..

I believe that they are paying attention to what we are writing here because they said that they were calling about my insurance. He did mention his name but to call that 800 number, but I know it’s a scam.

I  received  a call from  440 - 373 - 1148 ,  no name,no co. name, who they  were representing, telling me to call them back, telling  me  their hours,  and  to  call back with the no.,  800 - 724 - 9798. Is this a scam ? I did not  call that  no. back.

May-19-25, Rcv'd a Vmail (started talking B4 the OGM finished playing) from 425-560-0027. Asking us to call 800-724-9798. We called several times each time they answered as insignia Health Ins. Each time the agents refused a sup unless we were ID'ed. We expressed our concern of fraud as they continued to push 2 ID us. Refused 2 tell us why they called-unless we were ID'ed & if we keep talking to them in a disrespectful way they are ending the call. One offered a call back if we were ID'ed 1-st. A ''shut up & give, gag order'' mentality. If this was legit communications, this company (who has massive personal data) could careless on procedures & potentially hijacked scam. Heaven help if their server get hacked.

Keep getting this number calling me and leaving a message about something in my membership

Humana calling about home health visit.

Caller ID shows 206 686 4586 for Humana. Message left regarding other benefits included in my membership. Advises to call 800 724 9798.

I received the same voicemail and number this morning. Had one over the weekend from a different number but the same 800 number callback. As always, the first part of the message is cut off. Blocking yet another number.

Same message here. Called from a local number.

#does show as local Humana. VM leaves the very vague msg/800 # without identifying. Wasting our premium $ on unneeded/unwanted sales. Beware, very prominent Oncology Group just dropped them. $ should be used for care, not advertising. Reg #800-273-7342.

Update: called legit #866-273-7342. U can request be on do not call list for Humana. I also complained about the horrible, vague msg. Takes up to 10 days for list to take effect. Sooo in the meantime will just count & ignore the calls. Still working on why my important Oncologist/Cancer Dr is dropping Humana.

Had this same experience before. They ask a question, without answering, I ask a question. They'll get frustrated & hang up on me instead of vice-versa. See submitted msg below.

To James. Now I question the big picture of sales scam since this appears to be BOTH Insigna & Humana using this group.

800-724-9798 is the number the vmail says to call back. However, the original calls are from local numbers with Humana on caller ID. The company is Signify Health on behalf of Humana, so they say, about a benefit to my plan. It is an agency that is requesting information about our health and then stating they are acting like a go-between to my drs to make sure my drs know what's going on. I told them it's not necessary because my dr hears me and understands my condition. I don't need their service. They refuse to take no for an answer. It is becoming harassing.
