Keeps calling and says it's about our account. Caller ID says Comenity Bank.

Didn't know the number, didn't answer. They left no message.This is a proven scan call. Do not answer.

Allegedly this bank simply called you up and then said "you have to pay something" and didn't even tell you what the something was?  That doesn't sound right.  You must have left a lot of details out.

It's Michael's Credit Card or ULTA.  They have a few brands...

A very businesslike woman named "Hannah" left a voice mail saying that she expected to hear from someone named Ronald with our last name. She stated that she can help him with "this matter" (unspecified) and that it was in his best interest to return her call. We laughed heartily as we love a badly executed scam.

Left a message talking about a quote for AI based customer service for the automotive industry. Never heard of the business or this person.
