I have blocked this number but they continue to call every other day. I called back and its a recording for customer service,  but doesn't say for what or who, just "one of their companies". ANNOYING.

Purchased appliances from HH Gregg and warranty has expired.  Repeated call attempts to extend.

Received call from 817-785-6136 requesting payment for extension on my Electrolux Wash/Dryer, as it had expired day before!, told them to send me information in mail, or email.  they sent forms from HH Gregg where we bought the Wash/Dryer?????  So not sure what the heck its about.  have heard bad things about HH Gregg and its deceptive ways.

Calls leave no message, when I pick up no response

Tried asking a question about a Samsung Tv I bought five years ago from HH Gregg. I hung up.

817-785-6136 just called our business. It was a company called "Warrantech" that was calling in regards to a Washer and Dryer that we purchased from H.H. Gregg OVER 4 years ago. The Washer and Dryer only had a 2 year warranty on them when we purchased them, so this call coming in now was a bit strange. The female caller stated that the call was being recorded and that her company was calling to try to get us to pay to extend our warranty on these two appliances. We politely informed her that the warranty on said items expired over two years ago. We also politely stated that we were not interested in extending any type of warranty, especially with H.H. Gregg - as H.H. Gregg has closed down within our state, and we didn't want the hassle of trying to collect from them should there ever be a problem with our appliances, which aren't under warranty any longer anyways. She then stated "FINE!" and hung up on us. We'll be blocking the number immediately.

This number has been calling our office approx. 15 times a day; calling us every 30 minutes.  I blocked this number several weeks ago so it only rings once and their number shows up on my caller ID.

Rings the phone, and doesn't leave a message.
