I don't know who this is. He keeps calling and leaving voicemail saying "We keep missing each other. Please call back to discuss your request for assistance with medication." While we HAD made some calls about this topic, it's a bit suspicious that the guy NEVER leaves his name or his company name. I called the toll-free number and they answer by saying "Please hold and a representative will be with you shortly. I hung up. They MAY be reluctant to say who they are for patient privacy concerns, but they should at least say what company they are. Very suspicious. I'll continue to ignore them until they say something to dispel these suspicions.

I did a web search and found the number on the BBB.org website listing this number as belonging to: The Rx Advocates, LLC | Better Business Bureau® Profile

Hopefully you read the complaints at the BBB page and you realized that this is a scam.  You do know that you can contact the manufacturers of whatever drugs you are taking to find out if they have programs to help you with costs.  Pretty much everyone of them has something on their websites.

Ive received this message 3 times in the past 2 days.
