This callback number was given to "finalize" a supposed loan mentioned in a scam-sounding robocall.
The call today was from 364-400-0557, but I assume multiple numbers are being used.
Similar calls have given these callback numbers which MIGHT be associated with the same folks that called me today:

Ina, I found your post by googling the phone number ending in 0557. I get the same calls from this number along with 10 other numbers. I've never applied for a loan and they won't listen when I tell them to stop calling me. Any insight on how to get them to stop calling is greatly appreciated.

These are SCAMS.  Do not answer.  Block the number and report it to your carrier as SPAM or SCAM Likely depending on what your carrier allows.  You can read more about this type of scam here:

I've seen lots of advice online. The advice I usually take is
"Ignore it and move on because it's not worth your time and the scammers will keep finding ways to bother you," but I recently decided to start documenting just for fun.

Here's other advice I've seen on reddit, FYI:

Instead of reporting the number they are "calling" from, I have been reporting the toll free numbers they leave in their message. Those have to be real lines / what they pay for and getting those reported and shut down is what will cost them money and slow them down. ...-bradrlaw

For T-Mobile customers: "T-Mobile scam shield (which is free...). You can enroll by dialing #662#. They'll give you a disclaimer that this can potentially block wanted calls, but I have not had that happen yet. You can always dial #632# to un-enroll.

These people call me daily.  I have asked them numerous times to remove me from their call list.  They just keep calling from different numbers.  I cannot turn my phone off while I sleep because I work in a hospital and am on call.  This is harassment!  They do not identify their company so I don't know who to report or complain to.

Considerations

This number is left in voicemails to return calls about loans multiple times a day (at least 5-6). I block every number they call from but they just keep coming in.  Numbers called from include 19127255852  18668010566  13645005445 among many others.

The person calling is constantly from a different number and is disrupting my daily work as they call multiple times a day from a different number, leaving the same callback number of 866-398 -3898.  They claim I applied for a loan but that is not accurate , and when I confront them , they are very rude, even hang up. Do not answer the phone once you do, they won't stop calling you no matter what!

Call from 380-225-8689, message from "Marissa Morgan" identifying herself as "the loan underwriter" regarding a 67k loan. Her callback number she left is 866-398-3898. Same message from 407-258-6615.

I get multiple calls every day from various numbers and the same folks regarding a loan. Marissa Morgan is one of them. The number for call back is 866-398-3898. I block each number and more numbers continue to call me. Its neverending.

407-258-6757 from Windermere FL is associated with the 866-398-3898 number left on my voicemail for a loan I never applied for. Total Scam.  Relentless calls daily for weeks!

Been calling me for weeks. Marissa Morgan is the “agent” assigned to my “loan application” (which is nonexistent). Contacted local law enforcement. They stated that since they are not threatening me, it is not harassment. I registered my number on the national do not call registry. Officer said to block all numbers they call from and not to talk to them. Said eventually the calls will stop. He stated it’s probably someone overseas trying to get my personal information, which I have not given them. Very annoying

Im so sick of them calling, it was up to 12x/day.  They spoofing different numbers but the vm says to call them back at 866-398-3898.  Needs to stop, hate scammers

I called them back and threatened them with having a lawyer involved over harassment and they put me on a do not call list.

I have gotten NUMEROUS calls from these people!! It is so bad! They call from 5-6 different numbers everyday!!  I have blocked 31 different numbers, and they still call 5-6 times a day from different numbers. It is so disgusting what they are doing!!

For MONTHS, I have been receiving calls DAILY from a "loan review" business. They won't tell me the name of their company. I've blocked every single number but they will call the next day from a different number. It gives you the option to opt out and I have done this dozens of times. I've also spoken to different people and ask them to stop calling me and they say they'll remove my number but that's a lie. The next day, another number with basically the same voicemail will call me. They even call on the weekends! I don't know where to turn to get them to stop calling me. I'm mentally ill and their constant calls traumatize me. Please help me! Someone? Anyone?
