Takata Safety Recall robocall (unsure whether legitimate or not).

Possibly since they have added more recalls.  Best way to prove whether it is legitimate or not would be to call the dealer for you vehicle and ask them.

Thanks BigA.  I passed the information on to my colleague who manages the fleet, but I don't expect that he will close the information loop with me.  Had this been a call to my personal telephone number, perhaps I would have provided a more helpful post.

8664679700  Caller ID "Not Provided"    on 5/16/24 at 3:51 P.M.   Recorded female voice says I need to call them because my vehicle is on the recall list. What list? Call who?   I have a 1985 Ramcharger without airbags.   My phone is unpublished so they are calling sequential numbers.   I doubt they are with the Takata Airbag Recall.

8/15/24 3:04pm ID 8664679700 "Not Provided" Machine says there is unnamed trouble with my unnamed vehicle. Asks me to call same number shown.
