Caller leaves threatening legal messages but does not provide name of business or subject of call.

Same threatening message about service of legal docs using vague language

Same threatening voicemail, here it is verbatim (after 24 seconds of silence):  "Hello? Yes, multiple attempts have been made to communicate with the residence at the property address attached this phone record in regards to the delivery and service of legal documents certified.  At this point we have no choice but to document the call as a woeful evasion of service.  Any further details or to make a statement concerning the pending complaint, contact the call back number that is attached to this phone message.  You've been notified."

Then a female robot come on with the number, "877-879-7316.  Case number 2026-XXX99."  (I won't put the whole number, in case this thing is legit, but if yours ends in "99" as well, we're both getting duped.

The call comes from a Texas area code close to my area, and my own phone area code is nowhere near where I currently live, which leans this towards being legitimate.  However, I work from home, so I'm here 90% of the day, and no papers have ever been attempted to be served.  I've been served papers before, and according to Rule 106 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, documents must be delivered in person.  If this fails after several attempts, then they must try to certify mail them.  Only after these attempts fail, would any other means be considered, but I do not think a judge would say, "Yeah, just call the guy."  AND, if the judge did say to call me, and this was legit, one serving is all you need.  However, I've been called twice in the past week from two different numbers from two different area codes.  Only one server will be appointed.

This whole thing wreaks of SCAM.

Same EXACT thing happened to me today, 17MAR26. None of the details were different. At all. Yeah, it stinks of Scam. Immediately googled the number. Thank you for your post.

We've received the exact same threatening message with the same details Thursday, March 19th, 2026.

This is the message I get every time they leave no name no organization or who they are:

This is the message I get every time no name no organization no nothing about who they’re with or why they are calling until the message goes. I have blocked them four different times to four different numbers.

Same information as every other poster. Threatening action after failing to answer regarding delivery of legal papers. No information to whom is calling.

The exact word for word perbatim with the exception of a two number difference in the case number called me as well funny thing is I have no property attached to my phone number this is definitely a Spam and it's really threatening and disgusting 3/30/26

same thing from several different numbers , all of which I blocked. I called the number back from a differs phone  the gentleman that answered I could not hear as the call kept going in and out. he said the company and I did not hear him, so I said what company. He told me I wasn't serious and hung up. Very strange, this has been happening of a week with different numbers and area codes
