Same here. 4-5 other calls from them. I answered one and it just leaves you on hold for 10 minutes after saying your name. Scam likely

The caller told me about a collection debt from 2021, and claimed to have sent me a letter in which I do not remember receiving

They called, I had to press number if it was my name, I did, hold music.  I googled the number, realized that this is a scam, and hung up.

This number belongs to Arstrat, which is supposedly a debt collector, but is probably a total scam. They call from many different numbers at all hours of the day, even nights, practically nonstop. Regardless of whether or not you actually owe any debt. It's basically just automated harassment.

It's a recording asking for another name.  I got button option saying it's not me,  and then recording says they will try again later.  They don't identify what company they are with

Called and left message from the 888 number. Googled it and read here. Not calling back of course.

This is Arstrat - a debt collector.  Just ignore them.  They're most-likely a scam.

ARstrat (https://arstrat.com/) is an actual and legitimate debt collector.  They specialize in collection of past due medical debts.
If you do not have any outstanding debt, they are calling your number either because the debtor they are seeking once had it, or because you and the debtor share the same name and they are trying to locate them by "skip tracing".
