THIS AGENCY HAS CALLED ME AT MY JOB AT LEAST 5 TIMES A DAY. THE TIMES THAT I HAVE DISCUSSED THE MATTER WITH THE INDIVIDUALS THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO WORK WITH ME. THEIR IDEA OF WORKING WITH ME IS GIVING THEM $3500 IN TWO DAYS. I AM CONSTANTLY BEING HARRASED BY THIS COMPANY. I CANT JEOPARDIZE MY JOB BEHIND BILL COLLECTORS. I HAVE HAD MY JOB FOR ONE MONTH, AND CANT LOSE IT BEHIND A BILL COLLECTOR.

Someone from this company keep calling me looking for a person I don't know. So bothersome.

These people ring my office phone at least twice a day and they either are looking for someone who does work here or there is dead air on the other end.  STOP!!!

This number calls me 2-4 times a day and it's annoying. Have told them to stop calling but they keep it up!

I have been getting calls from this number, they actually left 2 messages on my work voicemail before I decided to answer the phone. They were trying to reach someone in the field, and got aggravated when I told them that I could not take a message, that there wasn't a place to leave a message for the person (she wanted). When I told her that I had forwarded the voicemails via email to the person, she still would not give up. Not only did she think I was not helping her, she called back and talked to the operator, who told her the same thing as I did.
I knew this phone call was kind of strange when she asked for the person she wanted, she didn't know how to pronounce the name yet she acted like they were long lost buddies.

Still continue to call. I finally called them asking for them to take me off the phone list since the person does not work in my office. They seemed nice and sincere when he (His name was Anthony) said that he has put us on a do not call list and made a note that this person didn't work in my office. I never once said that this person did not work here, just stated that it wasn't in my office.
Will keep you posted if they call again.....

United Recovery Systems - bill collector but beware. Do not verify any info over the phone. If they are a legit bill collector AUTHORIZED to collect on your creditors behalf they should send a registered letter. You should also request your original credit card agreement, full statement history and proof in writing that they are in agreement with the credit card company to collect on the debt. I've been scammed before by someone claiming they rep'd a credit card company and set up bank payments. $700 later I found out they were not in agreement with the credit card company. I filed complaints, but because I authorized payments, I could not get any of it back.

This company calls at least 4 times a day, and the latest is 8:30 pm.  We do NOT answer calls we do not recognize, however, this number has been calling for over two weeks.  We answered and immediately the voice on the other end said, "This call is being monitored."  I asked the natured of the call, but my spouse yelled on the other end, "Who do you want?"  The name was stated, and we informed them that they had the wrong number and to no longer call.  Well, we are now in the wait and see mode.  Whom to we may a complaint?
