    • Why ask for advice and not listen? You should never call back crooks. And calling ACE just gets you on their radar. These small loan companies make money by screwing you over and if they can, they will blackmail you and scare you into paying more and more. Was this a payday loan? Those are the worst...

    • The burden of proof in a criminal case is "beyond a reasonable doubt". You only have to tip the scale in your favor in a civil case. Civil cases get to court a lot quicker and a lot cheaper than criminal cases. This is why civil cases are used more often than criminal charges against these people....
