I have been using a new answering message. "please wait while your location and phone is being checked" and I played a clip of si-fi noise. then it says "can not locate your address" and hangs up. All the time monitoring he call. Gets funny and have even heard new words, Not always English.

I got a new charge on my cell phone, and when I called my provider, they told me that they can't block these scams.
