When they are not run through the scam telephone company they have down there that charges $20 or more a minute and then splits it with the scammers.

I recieved a call today from Paul Cooper with American Shopper's Network telling me that I won $350,00.00. in a drawing from Walgreens. He told me since I had spent over $7.00 at either Walgreens or Walmart that I had been eligible for this drawing. He also assured me that this was not a hoax. I know all about these scams. My Mom had dementia and trust me I know all about this crap. So I said to him "So Paul, if this isn't a hoax, then you wouldn't have a problem talking to my husband, who happens to be a State Police Officer" Well, the phone went dead. Yes, I reported the phone call. SO, never ever believe anyone calling you that you have won money. SCAM..

Did you also post in the thread for the number "Paul Cooper" called you from? If not, please do so. This website is phone number-based and more people will benefit from a post in the correct number thread than a post in this one.

Brenda, please use this site properly by posting in the thread for the number your call came from. More people search this site by phone number so will benefit from your experience if you post there. Here's a link to the "company" number he gave you. You'll be the very first person to post there! https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-855-942-5872

She should have posted here since that is the number that called her:  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-505-646-2048

Neither one of those numbers is an 876 number so that post did not belong here at all.

She did mention in her post that the caller claimed to be from American Shopper's so that may be how she came to be in this thread.

I have had 4 numbers called from this same man,  in two days with the same talk about I've won 2.3 million n go to Walgreens yo purchase a green register card for $500 then call him back. All through the day he's constantly begging me to do this when I keep telling him no. I wish he stop.

Just tell them you know they are scammers and won't ever get any money from you. That usually helps to curb the calls to an eventual stop.
