"Aligations filed in my office against you" scam. 678 203 9520

Gotten the same call from the same number, 678 203 9620, for a few days now, back to back to back for at least five minutes, then they give up and try again a couple hours later. Thankfully TMobile has a scam shield and is blocking all the calls, and I can see exactly how many times they've called. But they've only ever left a voicemail once. If it was an actual person they're dumb and started talking when my voicemail picked up instead of waiting for the beep so I didn't get a name, and I'm thinking it's a computer based on that. She said there were aligations filed in her office against me. Didn't say what kind or what office or where she was from, big red flag, and that if she did receive a call back at some 800 number by the end of the day they'd be forwarded for processing.  I saw a couple of warning on this site about numbers with the same firs six numbers, so figured I'd add another one.
