Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

Hello, I got the call before and i went through so much headache, i told my family and my boss. i was kinda freaked out because they were just calling me and harassing me every other day. THEY STARTED TO CALL BEFORE AND AROUND THE  ( holidays) then they stopped and today they called me at work and said is *** at work and is said no shes not can i take a message and they said calling from American law division and give me this phone number, obviously not going to call them back but yeahh they are a scam, I also went to the police station and told them what happened and said they are scams and out of the country trying to lie to people and get money and they can't be tracked down because they are out of the country. so just ignore them, if it was a REAL THING I WOULD GET LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN THE MAIL ABOUT IT SO. BUT DON'T, AND WOULD NEVER BECAUSE ITS NOT TRUE.

Okay wow, so i call my mom and tell her what happend and she tells me yeah they just called for you and they just hung up on my mom face. so yea they are going to keep calling.

WOW THIS [***] IS GETTINT ANNOYING....JUST YESTERDAY ALONE THEY CALLED ME 86 TIMES FROM 6464480336. GOOD THING MY ANDROID HAS APS LIKE MR. NUMBER WHICH BLOCKS UNWANTED CALLS AND SEND THEM TO VOICEMAIL. BUT YOU WOULD FIG BY NOW THEY CALL FOR 5 DAYS STRAIGHT ON AVG OF 60+ TIMES A DAY AND IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL..WOULDNT YOU GET THE POINT? I GUESS THATS WHAT HAPPENS WHE YOU GET PAID 25CENTS A HR LMAO....[***] [***]!

I recieved a call and first he told me it was nothing to worry about that we can make some payment arrangements to get this squared away and he even gave me a discount making all kinds of arrangements to help me he told me he was on my side .but the one thing i hve noticed is that when u ask them for the number to these loan companies they cant do..scam artist but they will make u scared if u dont knw any betta.

Andy brown is a physco he has called me on my mobile and work phone.  I have report this phone number 347-457-3030 .  On my mobile a phone #0529852 and that is not a working # it out of the country. He's mad because he tried to get me to verify the information he calls off and I said I dont Know and he began to get angry.  He alson states he's in the legal department of a Law firm but never give the law firm he states he is with AGL in New York.

I'm so sorry you've had to endure this [***] from these evil pieces of [***]. Now you know and don't ever let these [***] get to you again! It's at least a little comforting to me to know that there's a community of people here that are going through the same [***] and have each other's back.

I strongly feel the only way they'll be shut down is if people STOP sending them money. Thanks to this site, people are being educated on what's going on. That first phone call I got was scary as [***]. Even though I knew it was a scam, I kept second-guessing myself. This site was the first thing I found back in 2009 and realized it was happening to TONS of people. Hopefully, as people keep coming here and reading other peoples' stories, they will become educated and pass the word that these are nothing more than evil con artists. I somehow don't think these activities would be okay with Allah. I hope they enjoy burning in hell.

Caller left message that they were the police and had a warrant for the arrest of my son for check fraud. They said they had my social security number and would charge me with fraud if I did not call back with banking information. I was to reference a court docket case number and ask for extention 112. When I call, they answered William Scott & Associates, and the man with whom I spoke would not disclose the company business type, or location of the busines. He kept asking for the case number. It was obvious that his intention was to extort money, banking information, and any other info that would enable him to commit his own fraud. If you are called by this company, do not disclose anything to them. Report them to your local BBB (they have an F rating) and report them to the authorities for extortion.  - Number of the caller is 312-239-0201

Reggie White called from 817-962-3509 informing me they have my address, SSN # and he is going to sue me, charge me with theft, and lock me up. If i dont tell them where my friend is, the one who used me as a reference! So annoying and no nothing about!

They never got any money from me I was just yelled and screamed at to no avail 7 or 8 times in a row because I was not the person they were looking for.It was a friend of mine. They accused me of lying to them about being her. Since then they have repeatedly called me and now say I owe the debt my friend Never took out.When someone screams at you from the onset before you even know who it is  # 1  I was  afraid it could have been a bad car accident with one of my grandkids and 2 After the initial shock the back to back calls made me wonder if they were in fact at the end of my drive way with law enforcement.With me there was never a calm individual,just pick up to extremely loud screaming,then threats of arrest and destroying me financialy. They still call from time to time,but now I know what they are up to thanks to this sight and I can run here and calm my nerves. I do resent these tactics being referred to as basicaly harmless. I am proof that it is  in fact quite the opposite.I post this often so people know they are not alone and what this buissness can do to you. It wont happen to me again,but I do not need the added stress of the barrage of their calls either. If "Not Michael" really believes it to be any thing less,He may want to be advised that stress can kill and to me that is defineately HARMFULL!!!

HELL!!!!  These [***] piss me off!!!  They also call me a zillion times a day and try to colect for a "Pay-day Loan" in which I have NEVER HAD!!!  The pull the same shenanigans, "It is a urgently seriously legal matter that will unfold on you unless you contact me today......I wish you the best and good luck"  REALLY!!?!?!?  How pathetic that for one, it is difficult to understand any damn word they say and #2, they revert to harrassing and trying to scare the hell out of people.  Oddly enough, one of the callers thought I was stupid enough to believe the he was an Investigator with the US Legal Dept. and he caled him self Captain rank......OMG!!!  Here are 4 numbers they call me from:

You would think they would change up their little script they read from every once in a while. It's always the same. " I need you or you attorney of record to contact me as soon as you get this message" " Now Cheryl.. if you do not return my call.. I can only wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you".   [***]!  I wish he'd come to my house cuz my husband has something he'd like to "unfold" on him!

I'm sorry you are having to put up with this crap! Yeah.. they seem to call in cycles. I finally changed my cell # and it helped tremendously. They still call a co-worker and my daughter occasionally but not as much and my cell is blessedly quiet!  my cell carrier changed my number free of charge. I had been complaining about the calls and had tried to block them at first.. but there got to be too many numbers. so they didn't charge me to change my number. It was worth the little bit of hassle.

But they ARE threatening to bomb people's homes. or "F" them in they eyeballs while their children watch. Does that really sound " harmless" to you?????
They are harrassing people that do not owe this debt they are claiming and are mercilessly harrassing poor people who happened to be mentioned on a loan application somewhere. Innocent people are being made to suffer this misery everyday. That is " harmless"???  
You have been on national news several times now.. so your scam is gaining world wide attention.. and as far as Im concerned, this is violence.. and you will be caught.  You think you can threaten to bomb someones home and think Homeland security or the F.B.I. will let that go for very long??  You can hide like the roach that you are but you can't hide when they decide to exterminate you for good.
