This domain has only been set up recently so I hope this post saves lots of people time and money. - A.B replies to www.oceandrill.net SCAM BUSTEDHow did you find out that it's a scam?
please more information - www.oceandrill.net SCAM BUSTED| 3 repliesYou can see from the above domain details, as another poster stated, a well known hotbed for fraudulent conduct. Aside from that;
The have actually duplicated the website of a legitimate oil and gas company Caledus. This company IS legitimate and can be found in the Subsea Oil and Gas Directory unlike Oceandrill which is nowhere to be found in the directory. Caledus has no affiliation with Oceandrill. They have used the office addresses, graphical images, product and service descriptions to create their fictitious website. They have also referenced their fake investor programme with a renowned and legitimate asset management company, BNY Mellon who also have no affiliation with Oceandrill. As far as I know Google.com along with BNY Mellon and Caledus have been advised of their activities and will hopefully have their operations dismantled sooner than later!! This site is definitely fake and is aiming to swindle unsuspecting job seekers, investors and consumers. If anyone is still not convinced, perhaps you should enter into some friendly negotiations with them. I'm sure you'll be more than disappointed! - Joan Mcnaughton replies to www.oceandrill.net SCAM BUSTED| 2 repliesDo you have any prove to show us its fake? i have been through their recruitment process and there was nothing like scam.no one ask me for money but i couldn't meet up taking the job my friend did.i will get him on here to comment.
Thanks - elizabeth reese| 1 replyThats true Joan,thats how they also wrote about chevron i think company's should wake up and check mate some of these people who send such negative messages online.
- e replies to elizabeth reesecheck mate?

- Edward| 1 replyNow there is some changes in the company website, contact persons are not available. HRMs names are not there. Why all these happens Mr.Richard mcnaughton. You working in which location?
Thanks - Sam| 1 replyTHIS IS FRAUD COMPANY. CHEATING OTHERS MONEY AND RUNNING THEIR LIFE. I ALSO CHEATED BY THESE FRAUD PEOPLE
- www.oceandrill.net SCAM BUSTED replies to Joan McnaughtonREAD THE POST BELOW!! There are people posting on here that they have been scammed by this fake company. As I said feel free to enter into negotiations with these scammers yourself. Yes, they drag the recruitment process out for at least a few days, get you interested, hooked you in, and make you an offer that's just too good to turn down. Oh, but before taking up a new post with them, you'll probably need to send, your passport; money via western union and maybe a few other things, so they can get everything sorted before you arrive in the country you'll be working in of course. I KNOW because they asked me to do these things, that's obviously when I told them to get FAAAARKED!! I also contacted a few of the client companies they mentioned, surprise surprise they'd never heard of them. I also contacted the companies that they were stupidly using the same website graphics and addresses as - surprise surprise they've changed the graphics on their site and have brand new addresses WOW!!
- www.oceandrill.net SCAM BUSTED replies to SamSorry mate hope you didn't lose too much. I put this posting on here so that when people "googled" or searched for scam info on the company they'd find this first.
- www.oceandrill.net SCAM BUSTED replies to EdwardBecause it's a scam, and I contacted the companies that they had copied the addresses and website images from. They were probably warned to remove them immediately. I don't know how to have their fake website shut down though! Gggrrrrr!!!!!
- www.oceandrill.net SCAM BUSTED replies to Joan McnaughtonDid your friend get his dream job??? If he did I'll remove this post :)
- Clementine| 2 repliesI met a guy on a dating site who supposedly is the CEO of Oceandrill...based in Aberdeen and he lives in London. He has sent photos of himself, and after e-mailing for about 3weeks he asked for money to be sent to China for the chemicals to be shipped. He goes by the name of "Lonelyheart"....something suddenly did not quite add up. Could anyone put some light on who this manreally is?
- Dora replies to Clementine| 1 replyI had exactly the same experience this week! I was asked for £2000 by a bloke calling himself the CEO, Felix Borerro and was asked to meet him at Terminal 5 at Heathrow next tuesday at 3pm
