    Chris
I received a call at work from an Officer Eric Johnson. Has like a carribean or hindu accent. And who said I owed money to a payday online. He wouldn't give me there phone number. So right away I thought it was a scam. He is harassing me called me 3 times at work today. How can they be stopped? Saying he was going to call the cops and have them come to my house to arrest me for fraud. I don't know how they have my personal information. My SS # where I live. Can we get the federal govt on them? I'm scared that they might come to my house and do harm to my family. What can I do? Please help.

Chris - this is a scam!   same thing happened to us.  it is all lies. contact your state's attorney general office and file an online fraud claim.  contact iC3 to file online fraud claim.  contact Federal Trade Comm to file claim.   also, place a freeze on your credit reports and contact your bank.  search this website for "fake payday loans"  - you will feel better in knowing that you are not alone.   Next time Officer E.Johnson calls - ask him why he is Hindu and has a Christian last name.  have some fun with them.
tell him that you are at the Western Union place standing in line to wire him some money.  when he calls back - simply tell him that you figured out he is a fraud and you've filed fraud reports to the authorities and that the "cops" will be coming for him and his gang of thugs.  sorry this happened to you, but you are being scammed in a bad way.
