SCAM: Junk text claims you've won $1000 Best Buy gift card

I got one too at 5:51 from 909 837-7749. 1000 gift card enter winning code 5555...clue bestbuywin.net...

I got a text message from 561-351-6226 at 4:37am! waking me up with the notification sound.
real SCAMSTERS.

I received a message 8155799742 saying i was a winer of 1000 dollar giftcard so where do i pick it up from

got the same text today from 832-544-6031 best buy winner 1,000.00 code 5555.

I recieved same mess. that i won $1000.00 gift card from "Best Buy"
#14122251452 along with a winning Code #

6122504590: Your entry last month has WON! Go to http://bestbuyprizes.net/ and enter code 4787 to claim your FREE $1000 Best Buy Gift Card within 24 hours. 10:05 AM EST.  
When I searched the internet for the website bestbuyprizes.net I got this forum.  Looks like a scam.

I just got the message. So, glad I looked this up first. I don't when the last time I bought anything at Best Buy.
The message came from 815-579-9742 and said to enter code 4787.

951-662-9724 "Your entry last month has WON!"  is what I received today (playing on faulty memories!)

What do they gain exactly from this?

I got a message from 651-338-4900 saying that " Your entry last month has WON! Go to http://bestbuyprizes.net and claim your free 1,000 Best Buy Gift card within 24 hours." ....i thought this was a scam thanks for confirming that it is.  IDK how they got my number, i hope no one falls for this crap.

I got this message Sept 10 and it came from phone # 402 619-9208

I just got a text message from 614-250-4590 say I won $1000 and to go to bestbuyprizes.net. SCAM!

i recieved  it today from number 225-205-1592.
