- Employee| 8 repliesI feel the need to comment here. First thing is that AJ was set up. Things probably could have been handled better on both ends but that is neither here nor there. Next is that Septic Maxx is a legitimate company. I would never ever work for a scam, my moral code would not allow me to do that, nor would my mother. i know that Septic Maxx is legitimate because i worked in the shipping department there, also doing customer service. It can't be a scam if I'm there and the company is spending thousands of dollars to ship out products around the country.
Something else I do know is that AJ and his former partner at FBK are no longer working together. Why? because AJ did not agree with what his partner was doing there. They split and AJ makes sure everything he does at Septic Maxx is legit. Scrubbing against DNC lists, making sure he has the rights to the zip codes he is calling, he does it all to make sure it is completely straight.
The other half of this equation is his ex partner who took the wrong route. He lied cheated and stole. He doesn't scrub against any dnc lists, he calls stolen numbers, and uses numbers that he steals and doesn't own. It's some blackmarket type hardware or software that uses OUR numbers to call other people. That way they can collect the money, scam someone, and not have it traced back.
I had my suspicions when I first started at Septic Maxx, because living in Delray you always here about the phonerooms who were not compliant being shut down. But I can tell you with certainty that is not the case with Septic Maxx. Everything is above board there and they work really hard to do everything legitimately and take care of the customers.
Please realize that even if you have something against AJ or one other individual (you shouldnt) that there are other people who's means to live is Septic Maxx and have done nothing wrong. - What part of... replies to Employee...this don't you understand? Doesn't sound like a "set up" at all!

"WEST PALM BEACH (CB4)-A South Florida trio is facing up to two decades in prison after they were allegedly involved in a $1 million toilet paper scam in Palm Beach County.
Federal prosecutors said the three conned elderly customers into buying unnecessary septic products, in some cases more than 70 years worth of toilet paper, CBS4 news partner The Miami Herald reported.
According to the Herald, the three worked for FBK Products of West Palm Beach. They told more than a dozen of their victims that they needed the company’s special toilet paper to avoid ruining their septic tanks. They told their victims that the federal government changed regulations on toilet paper, the Herald reported. The federal government, though, does not regulate septic tank products.
In phone pitches, salespeople claimed the company was affiliated with the Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. One product, the $199 Septic Remedy treatment, would eliminate the need to have their tanks pumped, the company claimed.
Victims were also told that they needed special soap, detergent and toilet paper or their septic tanks would not pass federal inspection, the Herald reported. But the EPA does not regulate septic tank products, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Three of the suspects, Christopher Lincoln, Mary Moore and Joseph Nouerand, this week pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiring to commit wire fraud. They agreed to cooperate with prosecutors and will be sentenced in February.
Three other employees are awaiting trial." - MidNYteStorm replies to EmployeeSorry but I don't understand gibberish.
- Wilber replies to Employee| 5 repliesyour moral code allows you to be a shill
- Nimrod replies to Wilber| 4 replies"I would never ever work for a scam, my moral code would not allow me to do that, nor would my mother."
Now there is a worthless statement; as it would be said to a stranger by a scammer as readily as by an honest person. By the latter, to express their earnestness and by the former, to mislead from their true intentions.
More telling is that this thread had been inactive for nearly three months before "Employee" posted his rambling defense of this company and its’ owner AJ. (At least his writing skills are slightly better than those displayed by "aj" in his threatening rant against another poster nearly a year ago.)
This "legitimate company" has a C rating with the BBB (http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/busines ... ach-fl-90068537), and a Google search for them turns up many complaints posted about them. Not a very flattering review for a "legitimate company". - WolfmanJack replies to Nimrod| 3 repliesBut Nim, remember, it is all the evil partner's fault. AJ is a saint.
Pardon me while I go throw up after writing that. - psy replies to aj| 1 replyaj wrote:

Folks I think we've misunderstood "aj". In this case, I believe "IP" is a septic industry term.
It's really not all that hard to follow, aj. It all flows downhill. - WolfmanJack replies to psyGood one!
- MidNYteStorm replies to WolfmanJack| 2 repliesDon't you just hate those type of partners?
- WolfmanJack replies to MidNYteStorm| 1 replyYep. Especially when you are a saint like AJ. Being forced into sell all that unnecessary stuff and being forced to rake in all that money and being forced to use it to live high on the hog. Must have been sheer torture for the poor man.,
- MidNYteStorm replies to WolfmanJackI can imagine it was.
