Faker: GSA Application Services / GSA Preview are back

They are now under a new name. The Continental Commerce & Trading Group.

Completely taken.

In the process of disputing it with the credit card company.

Anyone involved in the criminal case or know what is going on with it?

They have a court date April 24th. It's an evidentiary     hearing. My suggestion is to call the Florida Attorney Generals Office. Let them even as the case moves forward they are  still taken people's hard earned  money.

Continental Commerce & Trading Group is another scam from GSA Applications in Florida, who is being sued by the Attorney General there (Google Pam Bondi GSA applications).  

Look on their website under contact us/disclaimer.  Ask yourself if they say are located here...1101 Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 600 Washington, DC 20006...why does their disclaimer state...
"If you choose to provide information in a feedback form, conference registration form or other form on this site, unless specifically exempted by Florida Statutes, such information is Not of public record under Florida’s Government in the Sunshine Laws and is Not available for public inspection upon demand.

DC is not in Florida...but the scam artists at Continental Commerce and Trading are!!!  STAY AWAY!

The Military Zone is another scam site set up by GSA Applications (The same criminals being taken to court by the Florida Attorney General).

How do you know when they have a court date? I have been in touch with the Florida Attorney General's office and they wouldn't tell me anything about it. The receptionist(s) were saying it was a pretty old case.

They also have the wrong/old address on file for the company. The one on Tampa rd, Oldsmar.

They are still located at the Oldsmar address. The Eastlake address is a ups store with a PO Box #. Google maps the address. You can see the court date info at www.pinellasclerk.org under official records.
