ERS ENTERPRISE RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC.
- bo4lo replies to mark wil| 2 repliesMy wife and I are being harassed by ERS and it's not even our debt!! A relative (that I don't speak to or hear from) is delinquent on their student loan. ERS, despite our requests to stop, keeps calling on a regular basis. Any thoughts would be appreciated! They won't give me any info. other than we were used as references.
- Resident47 replies to bo4lo| 1 replySometimes claiming "your name is here as a loan reference" is a lie to excuse calling all the relatives, *before* trying the number of the alleged debtor which was in the account record all along. No matter how distant the relation, scofflaw collection agents believe you'll be annoyed enough to rouse the hunted person for them, thus applying social pressure to pay unvalidated debt.
Mistrust of any ''wrong number'' claim is standard procedure at all the rogue collection agencies. To halt the misfired skip trace calls, laying a paper trail is far more effective than verbal denials. My advice for "not me" cases is found here:

- V replies to mark wil| 1 replyAnonymous has become involved. We can no longer sit idly by while no meaningful measures are taken against these criminals. I informed you all earlier that wheels are turning and I am only in the habit of giving fair notice once. This site is safe, however, those on the database my brothers and I have been compiling, well, sorry about your damn luck. Certain individuals who have chosen to steal identities have now lost theirs. Fitting punishment for the crime I believe. Persona non grata is what they have become. Men without countries. We have scrubbed all of their public records. I guess you could call it a fie sale of sorts lol. Hey aschlags, have fun trying to prove you are anyone one at all. More to follow on our normal sites.
- V replies to VI am assuming that I will recieve the usual "thumbs down" by certain individuals. Whether you like us or not, we are not the bad guys here. Our hats are far from white and we have our own motives and agendas, but really, when it comes right down to it, a "thumbs down"? Breaking my f'ing heart lol
- anonV-man, am all for grey thinking. But would like to see some results too! I'll give you a thumbs up!
- DonnaThis co. has called my work, my brother and said they need to serve me papers from the sheriffs office for fraudulent checks?? Ive never sent them a check and then told my brother they could subpeona him into court?? For what a 3,000.00 dept?? That is ridiculous to lie to people and intimidate them.
- DonnaOh yes as I was reading above---they told my brother he was given as reference??? First of all I never give relatives numbers out as reference and hes only had the phone number they called a year ------------

More than likely they were too cheap and had a couple of the staffers take them. Looks like the flash worked less than half of the time and a window to the photographer's right was the only other source of light. I could take better photos that these with an old Brownie Hawkeye I have (provided you could still find film for it these days.)
