I get calls from phone bank operators ( you can hear them all in the background) claiming to call for the law offices of joe pezzuto, actually a collection firm. When I told the caller they had the wrong party, they actually gave me the full name, address and birthday of the person they were seeking. He actually spelled the name for me. These practices are unlawful in any collection. Never do business with Joe Pezzuto or his poorly trained callers.
When I google "Joe Pezzuto", a variety of problematic complaints comes up. I'm sure that they have "offices" in several states and I will continue to publish all numbers I can get on them. today it was a call out of Arlington, Texas 817-385-6430, if you put that number into the phone number search here you will get the other numbers.
1. never do business with a collection firm, only with the company you have business with.
2. until you are served with suit papers, all of their calls and letters mean nothing
3. ask to speak to "Joe Pezzuto", tell them you will discuss the matter with him and not an auto-dial assistant.
4. No reputable law firm will have a caller with access to your file, only a lowlife collection team like joe pezzuto.
