He is claiming they can get peoples licenses suspended for apparently owing money..

Something smells here, no mention of tickets, though one or two mention having a accident it looks more like a scam with the same calling and threats/rudeness etc.

I don't know enough about this area to feel up to messing with him/her over insurance and state DOT's.

DOT saywhaaaaa? I'm not going to touch that one either, but out here, DOT never bothers themselves with passenger vehicles. Their interest is in commercial.

Same here. I don't think they can get anyone's license suspended over owing money, I think that has to go before a judge still.  I think a look up on the company named itself would be in order here as well.

Did a little footwork..  it appears the complaints are justified here..  I found their website ok, it appears legit. But don't know how to check that info myself.  I'll leave that up to those who know how to check into those further.  However, I ran consumer complaints and came up with stuff as well as the rip off reports in just googling them.  So here's what I found so far! :)

He's posted links to the BBB and posted the (supposed) company info. All the while maintaining he's not a shill.

    Here's the info he provided:

Well, I just added my 2 cents for what its worth! I don't appreciate being called a junky ,let alone seeing it aimed at Thia by any means.

Well, I think they are shady.. and his posts just confirm they are not beyond the ol extortion game.

I don't appreciate it either, along with many of the other comments. I'm looking into Illinois laws regarding revocation and suspension of license, and it does appear that they do revoke for unsettled judgements, as per this website:

    http://www.dmv.org/il-illinois/suspended-license.php

It's not the official site, but as of yet, I've not turned up an official site for Illinois.

But not a company like this. It say's the courts and secretary of State can do so.  So they would have to present a case and win it more or less from the looks of that.  What they imply is that they will (threat) and if your the wrong person they are after..  that would leave the SOS and the IDOT libel..  might not be as easy as implied, lol!
And he was saying this company covers all the states.  So, add the costs of the phone calls as well into that..    Just my thoughts here..
