This is a "law firm" that handles insurance collections.  They will call repeatedly- sometimes 4-5 times a day till they can get a hold of you.  The representatives are very rude!

Caller(female)asked to speak to someone in my household, I asked the nature of the call, caller immediately got rude and unprofessional, said person had a hit and run accident in January and license will be suspended. I do know she had the wrong number and wrong person.

OMG they are so unprofessional and rude! I choose to ignore :-) See what happens when insurance companies have to pay out some of the $ that we all pay annually they come after innocent people with harrassing calls from the likes of the group.

Just got a call from this number, at my work number, they did not leave a message.... I have never heard of these people nor do I know why I would be getting a call from a Law firm from another state,  I DO BELIEVE THIS WOULD BE A SCAM!!!

Do no wish to receive any calls from this number, calling on my work number & not leaving a message.

I received a call from 1-800-397-5418 stating they are Wilber Law Firm and that I needed to pay 3grand or my licenses will be suspended.. When I question the caller named Natalie she ended up hangging up on me and never called back..

I had a slight automobile accident in early April 2012. Supposedly insurance sent my information to this law office who has been repeatedly calling me every day this week. I called them last ight and they were very rude and aggressive. Told me my license wold be suspended if I didn't pay for the damages to the other person's car. Told this Natalie she had no authority to do that. Told her to call me back when she learned some manners and respect.

Trying to get a hold of someone in the office in legal. All I can do is transfer them, I can't give out any information or force people to answer their phones.

calling again 2-3x a week. gave natalie my lawyer's name and number and told her to talk to my attorney. She called me a liar and said I had no attorney. Said she was gonna have my license suspended and have me arrested for being "uncooperative".I told her to go ahead and we'd be sharing the same cell since she will be in jail for harrassment.

Unbelievably rude, unprofessional witch who calls herself Shannon is harrassing my company about a so called 'claim' filed by Liberty Mutual. Bogus. She doesn't even know basic terminology about my particular business. She keeps telling me to 'pay my bills' and 'live up to my responsibility'. I'm just the girl that answers the phone! Liberty Mutual has not been able to verify any claim was filed. (Their adjustors summary proves our 'innocence' anyway) Their paperwork clears us of any wrongdoing but they're suing us? BS

I am being pursued by this law firm for damages to property that I didn't cause. They keep insisting that I was arrested and charged for a crime I didn't commit. I am actively seeking a lawyer to sue them for harassment and just being stupid idiots by not researching their case and confirming facts. I really can't believe this is an honest to goodness law firm.

They called my house and have sent me letters that I owe...well at first it was over $8,000 and now they say it is over $9,000..WOW this is a big joke!!!  I have never heard of this company nor owe anyone anything. This is a waste of time and if I have to file legal actions against them then so be it ......I will call the BBB and file with them ......oh did I forget to say I have an uncle who is FBI oh cant wait to tell him about it and i'm sure he will channel this to the right department he works for so this can be handled and dealt with. Cant wait till they go down for fraud and harassing innocent people. I do not even know anyone in Bloomington IL wow how desperate are they that they got my info and I live 939 miles away from them..... They called the wrong person and it just takes that one person to put them away for good.

Maybe you all should do a little research before posting your own accusations out there.   This is a legit firm that handles subrogation and restitution claims all over the united states and every claim that goes through that office can and would be verified 100%.  Yes occasionally the wrong phone number will be obtained for a person if of the same name but sorry you do have to allow for human error occasionally.  And no the firm cannot suspend your license but they work closely with the state and department of transportation and they CAN and WILL suspend your license.   So just a forewarning before you disregard those calls and letters....because so many wait until it's too late and license has been suspended or a judgment has been brought against them and they have a bigger mess than they began with.  So FYI....this firm is legit, this is NOT a scam and all 100% legal and by the law

If this firm is so legitimate then you should have no problem helping us with a little research. Post their valid name, license numbers, actual physical address, bar numbers, partners/owners names etc.
Not a soul here will be the least bit surprised when you don't post a single verifiable bit of information.

And yet your firm has and continues to tell alleged debtors that you can have a person's license suspended and even arrested for nonpayment.   This evidences a willful misstatement  of the law and a serious violation of the canons of legal ethics in every state.   Anyone victimized by your admitted unethical conduct should file a complaint with your state bar association--if they can find out just exactly which state bar you are a member of.

dont think they would be scamming ppl since 2007 on the same number with only these complaints.
