l think my mobile phone is being remotely hacked...

I keep getting this long caller ID on my mobile phone ##3562867###057*55680057980065095000
My ringer does not sound when i recieve a call from this wierd number but I see this as a missed call.
I call back this long number and my phone beeps once then the call
disconnects.

The same thing happened with my older phone that I no longer use and after I received a call from this long caller ID my phone setting have mysterious been changed. Such as: ringer turned off, incoming text message sound changed and my phone battery drains super fast.

I appreciate any suggestions or help.

If your phone contains any sensitive information i would consider it compromised and either do a full data reset (erase everything and start from factory specs) OR better yet get a new phone if possible.

Ive heard of people being hacked with and without the strange calls and texts, and i would definitely consider that suspect.

You could try using your phones reject list to block further calls, but it won't help if the phone has already been compromised.

The number one thread that always remains the same every time i have heard of cell phones being hacked is the battery draining unusually fast - since someone is actively doing things on your phone when you are unable to look.

if you dont have a smartphone, all they really could do is change settings/steal contact info/ and take anything else on there. the problem becomes a lot more serious if its a smartphone you have used for bank logins, other sensitive data. In that case the first thing you should do is log in from a device other than that phone (home computer)

Oops. i was trying to say the first thing you should do is log in from a device other than that phone (like your home computer) and change any and all passwords that may have been compromised - bank, credit card, email, facebook, whatever.

google the term:   ## codes
call your carrier, see if this code corresponds to a system update they are trying to push to your phone.  did you have the same carrier on the other phone before?  if the system update is some kind of new version of your android version, expect to have various settings in your apps to revert to default.  might find you need to log back into some stuff too.  if this update is actually getting stuck or stalled, that could explain the battery drain.  
there are reasonable explanations for this question.  I seriously doubt some mastermind is trying to hack your phone...hope this helps!

Sad thing is it doesnt have to be a mastermind. people make hacking attempts for all sorts of reasons and sometimes at random. and now you dont have to be so tech-savvy to do it. it can be some bored teenager at random, it could be someone with a grudge ranging from some random person they pissed off to a vindictive ex. in my case, my ex was hacking my phone, and he was a total moron! he was able to do it because the tools and apps are set up and ready to use out there on the web. If my moron ex could get into my cell rekotely, then anyone with a target phome number could. it is better to err on the side of caution just in case.

No my phone is with me at all times my wife has used it next to me for Facebook and same with my daughter. I can clearly see all they do. She pushed a tab button and the sights with my info popped up. She thinks I've done it but I know without doubt I didn't. Yet can't seem to prove my self

Contact your carrier.,,,,,, have them thoroughly search this out for you. They can and should immediately. In the meantime disable your internet access on that phone. Ask your carrier if a new phone or sim card or access id is needed to distance you from this happening ever again. Then log on to a PC change all you banking, credit card, email, social media log in information and do not save any of this information on a smart phone of any kind. (Be sure your PC is clean of all spam, viruses, etc. too) These website your wife has found you on (allegedly) get those users names and access information purged too or try to log in to them reset password get into account and PURGE them all. If your wife or daughter have used your phone to log on to social media website their log in and access info are at jeopardy too.  Lastly, I would freeze my credit information with all of the reporting agencies to safeguard you and your family from other nightmares. Act quickly time is of the essence.   Good luck, I believe you have been slammed and your wife will feel better about it, if you take all these steps to clean this up.

I called my carrier last night they told me they couldn't do nothing call the police file a report. Also told me that if I've got my wifi open of my Facebook open my info can be stolen, down loading games or music will let in what she said was viruses. Hiding using auto fill and or my info. Could that be what happened? And then you tub links can leak too. We tried to open the sight with my phone number as it asked but wouldn't log in. I pushed home to exit out and now can't find what she found anywhere.

Here is what I did and my story:

So one day, I noticed a weird purchase on my Apple account. It was the One Missed Call movie ringtone. I passed it off as maybe my brother, as he likes horror movies. But when I noticed it was my incoming call ringtone, I knew something was fishy. Various ringtones and sounds would change to the same thing over time - eventually I decided to track them down.

I waited for another attack, and when one happened, I would look at my router connections and see what IP was connecting to the internal IP of my iPhone. I found the IP 71.184.132.222, traced it to being Verizon FiOS in Reading, Massachusetts. I called Verizon in that area on the issue, and got a new and better phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 3) and no attacks ever happened again ;)

I've got a Samsung galaxy centura how do I track that stuff and prove I didn't search and make any sort of profile in a sight that a happily married man should never go on. I didn't search what was in my phone certainly didn't make s profile for myself. I need to prove that to my wife. I've no reason to lie to her. I didn't do it ! In need of sure fire answers I will be gratefully thankful.
