"ID CW" stands for "ID Crimewatch" but the same people have multiple web sites under assorted business names and domain names (with web sites all at the same IP address):

All 6 sites are hosted at 192.41.94.149 and all have domain registrations through GoDaddy using the Domains by Proxy service to conceal the name and address of the domain owner(s).

protectseniorid.com, kmrmedical.com and idcrimewatch.com are almost-identical "one-page wonder" sites; the entire site consists of a single page . All three show the Western Medical logo and use lame stock photos (easily traced to the photo agencies that sell them) which they claim are of real customers. The same photos and logo appear on the westernmedicalgroup.com site, too. (Note that single-page sites *may* be used as hidden sites within a frameset on a page hosted elsewhere - a common trick used by people who want to conceal their true web site location.)

They call from many phone numbers, which are probably spoofed in order to conceal their identity and location and to deliberately deceive call recipients into thinking it's a local call (local area code), so they're likely violating the Truth in Caller ID law as well.

Sir B, I've found another 714 number associated with this company, specifically the USLifecare "Branch" or whatever it's called: 714-551-6924. It's similar to the one you have previously listed, however the last three numbers are different. I've also found some more information on this so-called "organization" if you would like me to post it here.

Haha, It's fine. Also on the other post why did you mention Arizona Medical? As far as I'm aware it doesn't have a website. However, speaking of Arizona Medical, I've found another NPI # for Arizona Medical Supply: 1881656114 Enumeration Date: 04-03-06. Last Update Date: 04-26-2013. It's possible it was an older one, though it doesn't hurt to have previous info.
