Good catch! In general these perps seem to have been very careful to use each number for only one of their businesses and have different toll-free numbers for each of their web sites. Looks like they slipped up here.

That would only be possible if the WiFi is UNSECURED (aka you don't need to enter a password to use it).

Uh dude, you just opened yourself to MAJOR trouble-autodialers are ILLEGAL-they've BEEN so for 20+ years!

Uuhmm, not really. Possession and use of an autodialer is legal. Like a firearm or a mug of muriatic acid, it's what a call center does with it which can be legally compliant or violative.

} Told yah [sic] guys were [sic] using auto dialer through [sic] computer

Yes, we've watched you circle that drain only a few days ago. "It's the machine's fault" is not an excuse for failing to comply with the Telemarketing Sales Rule. A human controls that dialer. A human signs your paychecks and hands out commissions to star performers. If you, a fellow human, hear the objection "Why are you calling my DNC-listed number" or its like more than once a week, maybe it's time to suggest to your boss that the office could use some process improvement. An honest telemarketer does not want to waste his money and your time hassling people who have long ago asserted that they *DO NOT WANT COLD SALES CALLS*.

Here's what I suspect you need to get through that skull you're using primarily for a headset rack: Nobody sane wants what you're selling. My poor elderly father did not drive a tank in frozen Korea and blister his hands for fifty-five years as a tradesman just so his privacy could be shattered every blasted week by yet another data-mining, bot-dialing, script-reading flim-flam artist who wants to scare him into buying some alarm system, or a "panic button" alert service, or credit report monitoring from a total stranger across a nation or an ocean. He may have been born on a Friday, but it wasn't *last* Friday. Though he barely graduated high school and is baffled by DVD player controls, *EVEN HE KNOWS* that only a drooling idiot buys security products from outright criminals who cannot be bothered to obey simple, clearly written laws!

If I could only measure your atomic weight and determine just how dense you really are. GOD, what an ignorant piece of work! It taxes my comprehension to watch a dimwitted punk who is part of that fraud machine return here to peddle the same half-baked arguments in support of an absolutely callous "buckshot theory" business model.

If you must insist that your shop's "zero tolerance" protocol is not a hundred percent chutzpah, at least do the favor of finally correcting two transposed vowels before I get a headache.

costumer: (noun) person who makes, sells, or rents costumes, as for theatrical productions
customer: (noun) person who purchases goods or services from another

    Bravo!
Perfectly said Res47.  Sad thing is, these damaged individuals will surly continue to don the "headset of crime"  Monday . . Tuesday . . .Wednesday . . .  They must con and steal steal from others. They have no other skills of any kind.

Any legitimate business stopped calling people one the DNCR took effect. People here have requested to be put on the do not call lists for numerous operations without success. So I don't see why people here should believe you. The fact is, autodialer or not, your operations is still violating the law.
