Yes they need to be sued what they are doing is illegal. I am considering going down to my local police department to file a report against them. Then reporting them to my attorney general office, The FTC and FBI if enough of us do this they will be investigated like the guy from California that had people In India working for him he was caught by the FBI doing the same thing. These people will be caught if enough of us file complaints with all our local agency's and governments. What these people are doing is illegal they are violating the FDCPA and impersonating a processing and summons official which is a Felony. When they call they always say there some type of local summons company contacting you on behalf of the Plaintiff which is always a different company name today they said Mediation Arbitration but left the number for Westgate Arbitration then they've called me from the same number they called from today and have given me a number to a company named Mutual which all leads back to WESTGATE ARBITRATION I have a lot of evidence against these people. They will be caught. If they are calling you they have access to your credit reports I had a guy from there reading off stuff from my credit report such as addresses and other stuff to try to intimate me. Please put freezes and alert all the credit bureaus about this. THEY NEED TO BE PROSECUTED.
I am not sure if that was a compliment but I will take it. Thanks :) All of that information can be found on their fake website by searching Westgate Arbitration on your internet search. They have a F rating with the BBB.
If it's a fake website why would we go anywhere NEAR it?! I'm not going to any site and open my comp to viruses and stuff-I'd run a deep computer scan if I were you!

I did access their website to check on their validity and believe everything on there is Fabricated. I never considered viruses. I will thank you.
I did like your rant! You have all the info that you need. They called you from numbers they abused calling you. They may have violated other rights as you described. Just make your post under some numbers they called from, use the search box on the right under "Phone Number Search" then list their website, BBB hyperlinks, phone numbers called from, with your complaint. I checked their websites and BBB report and they're virus free! You have the makings of a great post, after you do that, some of the regulars may help you with hyperlinks on how to know your rights and contacting all state and federal consumer protection agencies. An example would be their main BBB number 877-484-7035 already has posts under it, just put the number in the search box and make your complaint.
Look them up on BBB- F rating and they have failed to answer the BBBs request for proof they provide arbitration services. Ha

Diagnosis: The usage of Gmail, to me (even though I use it), makes me think these people are not in the up and up-if they were a real company, you'd think they'd have their own site after the @ sign. The use of a NY number when they're in FL raises a bit of a red flag as well. I've googled the address and there's a UPS store near that address so I'm betting that's it. There's the red flag!
They called me yesterday, and they called my mom and Dad in Florida yesterday. They told me I have 72 hours to contact them or they will take me to court, I went down and reported them to the local police here in town.
Which was the correct thing to do. What everyone needs to know is that if you owe a debt, a real one not the fake foreign 3rd world one's, you'll get mail. Lot's of mail! From every few days to once a week. It will be from a brick & mortar collection agency. They will tell you who the debt was with, for how much, & how much to settle. But the point is you will get valid proof by US Mail. Not phone, text, or email. It is also illegal for a collection agency to threaten you in any way.

Why do you consider these to be worthy of alerts?
If you have your own domain (say, example.com), you have to give an email address as a contact point. If the registrar wants or needs to contact you, and your server is down or your domain name example.com is in a dispute, it's going to be awfully hard for them to reach you at an @example.com address. So I think it is wise to provide a secondary, back-up email address at a different domain than @example.com for these contact points. A reliable, free email service provider like gmail seems appropriate here.
Would it be more impressive to you for them to use their @example.com addresses, instead? If so, why? This would be a non-free email address, but we wouldn't learn anything more about the business than if they had used a gmail address. Also, courtesy email notices sent by the registrar about possibly redeeming the domain name after it has expired but before it is claimed by someone else would get lost.
And who cares what email address they use for their contact points, anyway? They give actual, physical addresses here that you can research or send real snail mail to if you want.
I'm not offering any opinion on the legitimacy of the business in question. I'm just wondering why you think it necessary to raise an alert over the use of a secondary or back-up email address in a domain registration.
By the way, usps.com (the United States Postal Service's official web site) does show the physical address listed as that of a "commercial mail receiving agency."
