Don't worry about it. Seriously. There are thousands of people in this country that go to work every day knowing that they're frauds. Some don't even realize it for a while. They clock in, they're clueless. After about a week they figure it out. They quit or they accept the fact that they're low enough to be among the lowest of the low.
Third party debt collection is a bad joke. The people involved in it avoid the subject. They don't play a round of golf & brag about their successes. They are people that call themselves "Financial Specialists". Or say that they're in "Account Receivables". They are frauds. Simple as that.
This site is hated by frauds. Frauds know that there are people here that can take them apart.

That one was brutal.  I think I lost several brain cells just trying to read it.  What I don't understand is why actual criminal charges aren't (well seldom anyway) brought against these idiots.  I can count several criminal counts here in Maryland anyway.  3-502 : Impersonating law enforcement.  3-803 and 804 harassment and harassment by telephone. 3-701 and 705 extortion and extortion by verbal threat.  May as well throw in conspiracy as well since I doubt they are operating in a vacuum.  A simple request for a trap and trace on your own line while you call them back.  And they always complain that you can't record them.  Numerous courts have ruled that any criminal activity can be recorded since criminal activity can have no expectation of privacy.  Note the misdemeanor and felony charges possible above.

I've been scammed once, and I learned my lesson. I have info on seven different bogus debt collection agencies. Got any advice to get a lawyer, or a class-action lawsuit, or anything that can get these scam jerks to be prosecuted? I'm sick of this crap...its been going on for me for four years and many, MANY different scam bogus debt collection agencies.

Help here, please...what do I need to provide you my info to help?

They just wont give up ive waited vod and nothing the courier number is now disconnected how funny im about to do the biggest test in my life and they just wont stop emt for life... and I wont save them lol
