Shill Got Served
- Vinny GambiniSome shills fell through the cracks in this thread --- way too many "satisfied customers" of a WNY DC to be a mere coincidence

- ShillKill| 4 repliesKasey the Shill claimed she was served because she believed the posting indicated the calls were a scam
https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-866-838-9045 - Elspeth replies to ShillKill| 3 repliesKacey's back - she's given the name and address of the civil court - but not the pertinent details of who is allegedly suing her, nor their address! A "Stephanie Marcella" has also now posted - reads like "Kacey's" post!
- msnye replies to Elspeth| 2 repliesThe problem with Kacey's court information is that particular court only hears appeals from a lower small claims court. I think Kacey missed a few steps. Such as, original date of filing for the complaint, delivery of summons, appearance at trial for plaintiff and defendant, production of evidence, judgement, etc. Who is appealing the judgement, the plaintiff (DC) or the defendant (debtor)?
- Elspeth replies to msnye| 1 replyYeah, well shills are not known for going through the "correct" process when it comes to fake summons... lol
- msnye replies to ElspethMama always said,"Shill is as shill does." Apologies to Forrest, LOL
- :)I'm with you bro. Reach out. We have a support structure here.

- ShillKillA very angry DC troll is back (and he is mad about someone posting the script they use in his WNY boiler room)

https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-716-242-5202/2 - msnye replies to ShillKill| 1 replyAm I really missing something here? I thought for sure to have a judgment against you there had to be a complaint filed, a summons delivered, an actual appearance at trial of the plaintiff and defendant, production of evidence, etc. Unless the plaintiff just "sewer serviced" the summons and blatantly committed perjury with an affidavit of service to the court. Then you can get the judgment vacated on faulty service claims. Especially if you were "sued" in a state you never visited much less resided. Or did I miss that portion of the law class where due process doesn't apply to debt collectors?
- ShillKill replies to msnyeNo, that is just Junk Debt Buyer "logic" --- they live in a fantasy world where they can serve people by phone and issue arrest warrants. They also make phony claims that postdated checks written to cover payday loans are covered by hot check statutes (although they normally refer to them as statues), and the statute of limitations does not apply to bad checks.
Even better, they think they can post that nonsense on this board and not get ripped apart. Shame is, some consumers fall for their nonsense because of the tactics they use.
