Endless Google Calls from Local Lighthouse - GOT 'EM

Recently got another call from another SEO company.  Claimed to get me on the front page of the search engines, but never said "Google" (or Bing, Yahoo, etc). Unfortunately they got spooked and hung up on me (I think I know why, so hopefully I'll get them next time).  Looks like Google has made it clear they will not tolerate using their name like that again, and several are paying heed to it. Yea Google!

Hopefully Yahoo and brethren joint in and suffocate the maggots.

You are correct as to bigger corporations like Monitronics, Echostar/Dish Network, etc., but smaller entities seem to utilize small firms, 1-6 attorneys, or solo practitioners.

Throwing out a Q which hopefully will draw some input, which forum offers the fewest judges who don't think their calendars and caseloads should not entertain TCPA and related illegal recording cases:

                                 Federal district court judges?
                                 State court unlimited jurisdiction ($25k+) judges ?
                                 Limited jurisdiction ($1-24,999) judges?
                                 Small claims court ($1-10,000) judges ?

  Post Mims v. Arrow Financial, federal courts seem more understanding as the Supremes ruled they have to hear the TCPA cases, plus their law clerks are very smart and called bs on big firm arguments that mis-cited case law, etc. State unlimited judges seem to resent their courtrooms entertaining TCPA cases, while the limited jurisdiction judges are more understanding, as they hear smaller value cases daily. And Small Claims Court - usually a crap shoot, too often a kangaroo court.

Has anyone else noticed a change in the Local Lighthouse calls, where there is now no initial insinuation that one is dealing directly with Google? The most recent calls of course started with a ROBOcall, but now it's get your company on Google/Yahoo/Bing's front page without the carefully worded scripts trying to lead the lambs into believing they're working with Google or one of its direct affiliates.
