    This company contact business owners to sell GSA contracts for $6500 & $5500 to work with the Government and the entire time they are not informing them that they will not get a GSA contract. The owner James Dale Sprecher has been to prison for embezzlement but hide behind his workers like Robin Sutula (also known as Casey Coleman) to put bank accounts in her name from money they have stolen from from business owners. I worked for this company and it's like a circus. They hire felons, they change the name of their company at least twice a month. They will fire any employee for mentioning the attorney general name because this company was instructed to shut down and not sell GSA contracts anymore. I was present when the authorities came to serve the company owner papers and Robin Sutula told them that the company relocated and gave them a fake name for herself. They were located at 13510 Prestige Place in Tampa Florida but just purchased a building on Tampa Road & Race Track (across from Cracker Barrel) in Tampa Florida because they're afraid the FBI will locate them. They encourage the workers to lie, they train you to steal money from business owners. They give 25% of $6500/$5500 to the Closers for selling the contract. They lie to companies and say they are located in Chevy Chase Maryland and Washington DC, they call from numbers with 202 and 301 area codes but they are located in Tampa/Oldsmar Florida. Why do they lie and hide because they are running scams and feel they are smarter than the system which is why they keep relocating and changing names. What I don't understand is why they haven't been arrested yet. They are using the name SBA Contract Registrations with a virtual address, Capitol Marketing Group,  Government Program Experts, FSS (Federal Supply Schedules (Washington DC), CCM, Federal Verification Company Inc, GSA Application Services, and many more. As soon as they see this they will change their name again. If you want a GSA Schedule you should either do it yourself, research the company before you give thousands of dollars away or pay an attorney. They even put a picture of the White House as a signature on their emails lol. They have a IT Team that stays on standby to create fake websites, emails, virtual addresses, for this company to deceive business owners. Please read below...
    Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Office filed a complaint against an Oldsmar, Florida-based company allegedly misleading small businesses by claiming to be the U.S. General Services Administration or implying a government affiliation to offer a five-year GSA contract. The Federal Verification Co, Inc. dba GSA Applications conducts business through more than 60 business names and more than 50 websites. The company and manager of the businesses, James Dale Sprecher, allegedly used telemarketing to solicit small businesses and guarantee them a GSA contract within a short time frame, 90 days to six months, for an upfront fee ranging typically from $5,000 to $8,000. A GSA contract allows a business to sell goods and services to the federal government at pre-negotiated pricing. Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Office received more than 200 complaints about the defendants’ unfair business practices.
    ·    Makes false and misleading representations as to the likelihood of a customer successfully obtaining a GSA contract, including assuring the business that it qualifies for a five-year to 20-year GSA contract award;
    ·    Makes false and misleading representations assuring government-guaranteed minimum revenues upon a contract award and a 100 percent guaranteed return on investment;
    ·    Unfairly collects advance fees, up to $10,000, from customers before services begin; and
    ·    Enrolls customers without diligent review of their circumstances, adequate disclosure of requirements pertaining to the customer or its products or services, or regard for the customer’s meaningful probability or being awarded a GSA contract.
    Anyone who suspects unfair or deceptive business practices can file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office online at MyFloridaLegal.com or in-state via phone at 1-866-NO-SCAM. Out-of-state individuals can call 850-414-3990.

    After stealing millions from business owners and swiping business owners credit cards twice, they filed bankruptcy to prevent from paying companies their money back.
    They literally laugh about stealing and taking advantage of people. I wonder why they haven't been arrested yet

    You could have said that in 25 words or less and your post would have been effective. As it is, not so much.

    Gosh, it's a good thing you came along or we would never have any forum discussion of GSA application frauds.

    ... except of course here in a shill thread in June 2015 ...
    Federal Verification
    https://800notes.com/forum/ta-c4d3dec341f4d37/federal-verification

    ... and a complaint thread beginning March 2013 ...
    Enlibra Corporation - GSA SCAM - Small Business Scam!!!
    https://800notes.com/forum/ta-7543ff69d37fab3 ... am-888-324-4792

    ... and a similar thread started in June 2012 ....
    GSA Applications - All Claims on 800 Notes "VALIDATED"!
    https://800notes.com/forum/ta-5bf6ba453a1983c ... notes-validated

    ... and this one Admin started in February 2012, which unlike your new thread demonstrates the correct use of the Wall of Shame ...
    Faker: GSA Application Services / GSA Preview are back
    https://800notes.com/forum/ta-4ed66abdac99fcc ... review-are-back

    ... and this prior spam notice from Admin dating back to June 2011:
    Spam Alert: GSA Application Services
    https://800notes.com/news/aFjYHBVgeQM/spam-alert-gsa-application-services

    You notice a couple of those were locked after they turned into food fights between shills and protesters. There remains an ample supply of related phone number threads for appropriate comments. Nothing on this page leaps at me as being more than a rehash of prior complaints. I think Admin can decide if it has a place here.
