Spam Alert: International Monetary Metals
Recently somebody from International Monetary Metals posted dozens of fake positive reviews and nonsense comments about their own phone number 888-811-1718. We consider this as their plea for publicity and today their wish is granted!

- unorthodox but you make moneyI have been with IMM for almost 4 years and have had a 125% return on my money in thoese 4 years, not bad for not doing anything.
- Shane| 1 replyThe only thing that worries me about Netflix is the rising cost of content because they have a subscription streaming service which content owners hate. They should have started their subscription pricing out much higher than it is now and then offered less expensive plans as an option. On the other hand, there are many places in which Netflix has the upper hand and several places they can go with streaming.
1. Tiered movie subscriptions where the highest priced tier offers new releases in HD with the most content. Other tiers have older movies in SD format for a lower price.
2. Better selection of DVDs. Almost every time I go to RedBox the movie I'm looking for is already checked out or is simply not on the box. For movie buffs, you can't beat the selection Netflix has. No movie store has what Netflix has for DVD order - it's awesome.
3. Video game streaming - this is a ways down the road as I'm sure there are many things to work out in this realm. Netflix needs to position themselves as a friend to the industry, not a bully after someone else’s business.
4. Music streaming – probably not a ton of profit in this but it could add value to the higher tiers of movie subscriptions and possibly allow them to sell advertising.
5. Social Networking – this could be another thing that adds value to a tiered subscription. Video calling, gaming, linking and other services that can be done through the Netflix browser.
As long as Netflix can offer new releases I think they will be fine. Forget about the streaming services from Best Buy and WalMart – they don’t stand a chance. Amazon on the other hand could be some real competition to Netflix and their Prime membership is a great deal. - tom replies to Shaneso, Shane, what does NETFLIX have to do with this thread?
looks like yer in the wrong thread. - TimI invested 50k with IMM and after 1 year cashed out for over 100k. It would have been a lot more if they had managed my acct. like it should have been. I dealt with Marty Sommers and he seemed very knowledgible, but did not spend the time to maximize my position. I think they're too busy getting new clients and commissions.
- Frank LaraBased on Weiss Research recommendations, I called Immetals 10 days ago, and they never returned any of my calls.
- VitoI worked with these guys, I put in 18k....... Eighteen months later I sold out with almost 26500. They did return my calls, but they are different in there approach to these markets.
- MarmadukemarkI'm also a customer of IMMetals. I'm trying to take physical possession of my holdings. I went to the website I have on record - I've been there many times before. Not surprisingly, the site has been taken down and is up for sale. So then I tried calling Thaddeus H,. Nathaniel, Precious Metals Advisor, to no avail.
Chuck Monosun was the salesman who made lots of promises with respect to trading my silver to justify their outrageous commissions, but he left the firm. Afterwards, he called me and said that IMM had no idea what they were doing (I can't write what he really said, but it wasn't good.) Next up to bat was Marty Summers. When I talked to Marty, he said that he could not work with me because I was being disagreeable or some nonsense like that. At that point, I should have demanded they send me the silver I bought. (But I didn't.)
Fortunately, Worth Metals is their wholesaler, or intermediary, or something like that. Their website is still working, and I could log into my account. (The silver is still in it.) It's been a while now but I've spoken to a representative at Worth. He told me that the silver was being stored at the Maryland Depository, and was safe. I asked about warehouse receipts that I thought were required, but he said that requirement no long exists.
In conclusion, my experience with IMM has not been a good one. If you want to buy precious metals (and the like) please do your homework, and avoid IMM like the plague.
