Received an e-mail from a Pamela Smith--threatening legal action--case against me?  Advance Cash America??? I never heard of this company?  E-mail address is totally different than this company name??? SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Emailing me, about borrowing over $10,000.00 and not paying back. Threatens to tell the IRS ON me if I do not comply. Never took out a loan with this company do not know anything about what they are emailing me.

Recvd the same message That I was going to be reported to the FBI, It states do you want the FBI poking around your Taxes. The FBI doesn't have time for this. SCAM.

Just received an email from these people letting me know that I need to repay an payday loan for $1245 or I will be sued.  This is an inside job.  An manager who doesn't have to explain the incoming MoneyGram's.  They have a lot of private information. Where you work, live, and even stated the color of my car.  This crook is someone in charge of records and is living an double life by stealing from the poor.  Yes, from anyone that may at some point in there life took out an loan.  This can even big bigger than ever thought.  Someone of authority is involved selling information and sharing the money collected and protecting the thief.  Channel 7 need to expose this ring leader.  Thanks for reading.  Be careful out there the wolves are on the prowl.  Sad.

Received an URGENT: FINAL NOTIFICATION email from Cynthia Jones, manager with Advance America, # 954-374-6395,
Stating that she has sent me several notifications but no response from me, And that my case will be downloaded on Tuesday April 12th, 2016.

I have called the number on the email, it is disconnected. Then email address is : Cynthia.jones@instantcashforu.net.

I have never used this company. I'm sure this is a SCAM.

I just got and email from a Gary Richard email address is Gary@smithloanassistance.com stating I have an unpaid debt and they have passed my case to court. I will now be contacted by official court attorneys who will notify me of the hearing date.

Why are there so many scams out there? they need to shut down these internet loans for now and wipe it all out. I got the same email from a Nathan and its disgusting that there are so many scams and no one can do anything about it. How do they not get caught? disgusting!!!

I got the same email, from Amanda Wilson.  Case will be downloaded on April 12th.  If I want to resolve, then get back to them ASAP!!  Yeah, right!  Download away!!  I've never had a pay day loan or anything like it!!  It's SPAM!!!

Just received an email today from Amanda Jones (amanda,jones@thecashinsta.com) stating that I borrowed money from them and that I need to pay them back for they proceed with legal actions. Total SCAM. However, they did have some of vital information. So I asked them to provide me with some type of document that I signed in regards to this. None was given.

Got the same message today but it was from Melissa mikkleson! I've never even done a loan! This is stupid and I'm sick of dealing with it!

I got the same exact e-mail message today Sara.  Just from a different name also.  Sad to think how many people fall for this stuff!  Am looking into where I can report it.

Scam !!Yep I received a e-mail from John Advance American Cash owed $1089.89 from 2013 never had heard of them. Something needs to done to people like this. Anyone know what can be done.

I received the same message from someone name Kerry William. I have never done business with a loan company in years (at least 15). Need to get these people shut down. Find out who is giving out private information and stop them.
