This company calls and hangs up all the time. I do no have any collections accounts, I called backed and they wanted me  to "verify" myself to them, that will NOT happen. This company will purchase old debt, change your name on your credit bureau too. BE CAUTIOUS!

This is funny: Caller ID reads "Phone Call".  (Yeah, I'm going to answer that spoofer)  Left no message.

i called number back they wanted last 4 digits of my social security i told him no and he said i cant tell you any thing, so i told him to stop calling my phone number.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.

I just received a call from the same number. Man wanted me to verify my last four of my social. "Not Happening" when I ask for him to tell me who he was and what the call was for. All he would say is if he said the last four of my social he had it in front of him would I verify it. Told him no. Hung up and call sheriff office. Reported number to sheriff office.

They call my home and cell every other day.  We have no unpaid debts.  They need to stop calling.  Leave no message
