Within a day 06/30/2007 of when I canceled my free week trial with www.RealtyTrac.com I get hang ups at all hours from (949) 502-7787 on my cell phone

rings my cell & hangs up.  pretty worthless website.  class action??  count me in!

Didn't realize this was realty trak.  I canceled an unwanted "account" with them in early May and received a call on 6/22.  I didn't answer and no message was left.  I think they only called that one time and haven't since.

This number, 949-502-7787, showed up on my cell phone a few times with "unknown" as the sender.  I've also been getting about 5 calls a day where no number shows up.  I never answer these types of calls, so I'm not sure who it is at any time.  However, I cancelled RealtyTrac a few months ago when I signed up for the free trial and realized it was a worthless ploy.  They charged me for an extra month anyway, and needless to say I was not happy with them and let them know it.  I don't know why they would be calling me, but if I answer and it's them, I'll report them here:

We just got a call from that number.  Thanks to all that posted about RealtyTrac.  We tried them out for one month and had a hard time getting any information, so we cancelled.  I would have never known it was from RealtyTrac if I didn't find these messages, they never said anything on the other line.  At least I'll be prepared if they call another time.

Same story canceled my membership now I'm getting 1 ring from this number and then they hang up.

Canceled free trial membership with RealtyTrac, yesterday.  This morning this number came up as a missed call on my cell.

i didnt get a call until a sales rep called me from 714-680-7787, then when i said i wasnt interested anymore i got a call from 949-502-7787.

Keep getting call from this number.   Started out friendly but now they are rude or just hang up!   Cancelled realty track in less thatn one week and now they call daily

i cancelled a while ago, actually i didnt intend to cancel, i just reported a glitch (ie no the page would just sit there loading and never finished). their response to my complaint was to cancel my membership. Since then, same thing as everyone constant calls, at least 2 a day with no one there.

I never signed up for RealtyTrac and was really annoyed by the phone calls in that no one would ever pick up.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of which they are a member to my surprise.  Within two weeks of my complaint, I did receive a response.  They explained their policies, and how someone had signed up with my phone number.  They claim to have made changes to their calling practices, including limited post-service cancellation calls.  I was always placed on their internal do not call list, and have NOT received any calls since about a week after I filed the complaint.

I cancelled my Realty Trac yesterday and started getting calls today. Didn't answer and no message was left. Time to call the Attorney Generals office.

been getting 2 calls per day from this number. When I answer, no one is there and they hang up. Called it back and it was RealtyTrac (http://www.realtytrac.com/).

I cancelled within the free trail period 4 days ago.. So far I have gotten a call from them for the last two days. Same number (949) 502 7787. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, and they haven't left any messages so I only know its Realty trak because I googled the number.

After getting numerous calls from them from this 949 number and even calling them back on the number and asking them to not call me again I still received calls.

Anyway I went on their online chat system and got a FREEPHONE number for their sales dept 1-800-968-5162.

I called the number and asked them to take me off their calling list, fingers crossed it works.
