- 1It's a Houston, TX landline. The phone carrier is Onvoy, LLC. They called my private landline/hung up. I returned the call, blocked, 3 times, and each time I dialed, it rang 10 times. No one picked up. It didn't go to voicemail. It just kept ringing.
