Try this,... Answer the call assertively with something like,.." Fraud Division",.. Or "Legal Department".
It could give them something to think about.

Answered, hung up immediately when I saw "000" and looks like a popular  number for several scammers. Sample comments from others. " man who can't speak English calling me claiming he is part of Tricare " "a recording saying "this is your captain speaking" "a computerized woman says you won a trip" "They said they wanted to talk to the Sky subscriber" and so on.

I finely got tired after the 4th call in a matter of hours, and answered it. It was (Microsoft wanting to repair my computer. Told them didn't have one at not to call back. Won't do any good but what can you do.

Same scum different Spoofed number  - 000 000-0000 Caller ID "Unavailable" - Typical scum bag human sewage scam call...
Hit the big red button on the call blocker and added the jerk call to the blocked list...

Tempting as it might be it's best to NEVER answer these turd's calls and engage them - it only puts your number on the autodialer's "call more" list since it confirms the auto dialed number used is a "live number" with a possible sucker on the end...

Too bad there is no listing in the "Call Type" that actually matches the real manner of the scum making the calls - there should be at least "Scammer" in the list....  Some where there may be an actual valid telemarketer making unwanted calls...and that's the only case that "telemarketer" really fits...

I got like 4 of these calls on a row and when I answered they said something about my winning a lost of government money and I told them whatever list I am on take me off right now I am not  instead and to keep thermometer and if they call again I will report them to the cops, it was an actual person not a recording and if it was to get information I know they got nothing I have a government phone that is super cheap and only holds like twenty numbers and I am a miner what would I get money for I of course did not tell them that.

I received a call from 777777777.....then right after that 0000000000... My phone was turned off but I would not have answered any way....just wondering who there from..hope they don't keep calling!

I had a call from 000-000-000 and he told me my computer was about to crash.  He was going to see me virus ware but the  money was to go to a lady in New York.  Western Union wouldn't accept it.  He then tried Money Gram and they refused it.  They said it was a scam.  I am glad they caught it.

I get calls all the time from what the caller Id says is 136 or 178-6786 or or 11036.  what is going on?  anyone know.  they never leave message and you can't and don't want to call back. It's happening a lot the last 2-3 months.

What kind of a nit wit answers such a pathetic number ??????????

Have been receiving these calls for months. Never answered. Tonight my husband answered out of curiosity, and no one on the other end. I think they are computer scammers trying to hack into your info. By keeping your line open. I am on the National Do Not Call List, however they still continue to call! My suggestion - Do not answer!

The caller, Out of area  ( displayed as ID on our phone ) called us  without number again @ 9:42 A.M. 02/07/2015. It called us @12:23 noon 01/29/2015 too, I will report to www.fcc.gov/complaints again.
According  http:800notes.com above, it has called thousand people randomly  since 02/08/2007.

I had a call from 000-000-0000, and he asked me if my computer was on. Stupid me I said yes, I was on a phone where I could not see the #. He said my computer need worked on, and he said he was from Microsoft. I was stupid and let them in, I payed them and then I got scared and canncalled every thing. this was the first time this happed to me. they called the next day like 4 times, I picked up once and said I was not here and since then it has been good.

I have received several calls from this number. The number must be spoofed since 10 zeros is not a valid phone number. I never answer a call like this because it has to be some kind of scam. The CID shows "Name Not Found" and there is a "1" in front of the zeros. It is on my blocked list so that I won't be annoyed by these clowns. As a side note I seriously doubt this is government eavesdropping operation. Let's not get carried away with the conspiracy theories.

No message, nothing. Just called and hung up, then called again. Creepy. I don't even see how a prank-caller could get enjoyment from doing this.

Just received a call from 000-000-0000.  I responded to the caller that he must be working late in North Korea, which got a pause from the caller.  He said he is a  Microsoft and they are getting error messages from my computer.  I told him I send out viruses, did he have a problem with that.  He said yes.  I told him I have a problem with people who don't like my viruses and I don't like scammers.  I then told him I shot scammers in the head and kill them.  He hung up.

Just turned on my cell phone which is on the do not call list for all its worth and right away my cell phone rang and the 000 numbers came up.  I didn't recognize it of course and just deleted it.  Sick and tired of these people who keep calling no matter what you do.  They are a big PITA!!!
